I’ve only had it 2 days and already made 2 dinners in it. I grilled chicken thighs and the skin was absolutely perfectly crispy. I’ve never been able to achieve that in any other kind of oven or grill. Next day when I reheated leftovers, it was just like it was fresh, the meat was juicy, not dry and rubbery like in other microwaves. Love the door opening down. There’s a bit of learning curve to use the controls, not totally intuitive. I’m bit nervous reading reviews about it stopping working pretty soon, so I hope those are just unfortunate exceptions.

A few surprises with this microwave. One thing is, there isn’t a numbered keyboard, like most microwaves. This machine has many functions, but not enough directions on using those functions. I bought this because of the sz. I was outfitting a custom cabinet and needed a microwave that looked like it was built into the cabinet. I also do not have a traditional oven in this space. So I wanted the convection feature. But no real directions, I’m unsure if it’ll get used as an oven. It also has grill/fryer capabilities. Again, no directions. I prefer a traditional microwave.

This was the perfect candidate to complete our kitchen remodel due to being a convention oven and the possibility to install it as a built-in microwave. I was considering a double oven, but this unit has provided me with a second convention oven with the added bonus of higher efficiency because it has a smaller space needing heating. If you find the Samsung trim kit pricey, look up Microtrim. Microwave function is great! It heats evenly and quickly. It's awesome that I can adjust heating time mid-cycle. Warming drawer function is fantastic too. I just started reading the more complex functions and am excited to try the combination functions that use the microwave to intensify the mode of cooking (oven, grill, etc.). Other wins are that it's aesthetically pleasing--no handles to match with other appliances, easy to clean, and priced much more competively than other built-in convection microwaves out there. Best Buy made in-store pick up a breeze and the associate even offered to help transport it into my car. Though be warned--I initially purchased this as an online open box item and BB shipped it with no box; just wrapped in bubble wrap and tape. The item came damaged and returning it was a hassle. Other than that it was a good experience all around.

I cannot praise this oven enough. I prepare everything using it: the convection oven is great, and with the perfect size to save energy and time. Microwave is great as well. Also, it fit perfectly in my new kitchen! I am very happy with it and recommend it.

What a wonderful difference from a traditional old-school microwave! Bigger, more efficient, and gives us the flexibility of convection cooking without using our bigger oven. Easy to understand and use controls, and opens like a traditional oven door, so perfect on our countertop. A bit more expensive, but so far worth every penny.

I wanted to put a microwave in our island but the sliding door microwaves are extremely pricey. This one is perfect. Installation was easy, we just cut out a piece on the end of our island and installed it. It looks so sleek, and is easy to operate. Can't say enough about it. It works very, very well. I'm happy with this purchase.

Love this item. We continue to use it everyday even after our kitchen remodeling was completed. Our family relied on this product for 2 months. We microwaved, roasted, baked and broiled/toasted. This is an inexpensive product so I imagine higher end products are better, but this was a godsend to us and continues to serve.

I've had my Samsung convection microwave for like 4 weeks now. I love it!!! Having the extra oven to bake pies and rolls during the holidays is great!! The oven feature bakes everything so evenly because its turning the whole time. Not confusing to use, you have simple choices to choose from as far as the microwave and cooking options. Great buy!!!

This one is a reasonable price for built in. The only issue I have with it is the the color. Why no stainless steel? The built in molding is stainless steel once other hand. It also has a built in over and the dual microwave oven feature which I hardly ever use. It’s a great value but I wished they offered a stainless steel option.

The most amazing Samsung in my newly built kitchen. The first two came banged up but Best Buy replaced. Holding up very well with no issues at all a year later. So many wonderful features and so great not to have to use microwave to warm up food all the time. I also use to bake smaller batches. FYI- Stainless steel frame sold Separately. I highly recommend although I have had nothing but issues with Samsung fridge and dishwasher purchased at same time.

So far everything works great! But I dropped it one star do to it looking like you can install in a cabinet but the instructions clearly say not to. But with a great contractor and good venting we did it. It's installed in an island so the drop down door is perfect just like an oven.

We haven't baked in it yet, but so far this is a very nice appliance. We love it. We mounted in a cabinet with the trim kit and it looks beautiful.

I've had this convection microwave for about two months now and I really enjoy it! I live in an apartment that doesn't have the best oven and I actually use this now for my baking needs believe it or not. I've used it to make cookies, breadsticks, fish fillets, french fries, chicken wings, french bread pizzas and lasagna and it tastes so much better compared to when I put my food in the oven! Biggest issue I had was learning the new time frames on how long to microwave or bake things. This Samsung microwave packs quite the punch with it's convection! One improvement I would like is if it had a popcorn button, but other than that I absolutely love my Samsung microwave! Seems well built, easy to clean, and comes with a nice sized crusty plate and two racks. Would totally recommend to anyone who needs a oven's performance on the smaller/portable side!

This multifunction microwave looks sleek and has great features. Cooking bacon, melting butter, defrosting, and other microwave functions works without any problems. The convection oven feature makes heating up pizzas and other quick bake foods super easy, and it doesn't heat up the house (especially important during the summers in Vegas). Easy to clean.

We bought this Microwave as a replacement. The store did not have any in stock so they send it to us by UPS. The first Microwave was quite damaged. We refused to accept it. The second microwave is damaged only on the right rear side. It’s working fine. The front panel is not backlit so it is difficult to see unless there is ambient light. You need to read the manual before using the microwave because it has so many features and settings. In addition to microwave and regular convection, it also has Power Convection (stronger) and the grill. The convection feature gets hot faster (and has a higher wattage). After a month or two I will try to write again with updates. Pro Many features and settings (if you can understand the instruction manual). Two levels of simultaneous cooking are possible. Grill feature is fun (although we did not succeed on our first try with air fries). Con BOTH units we received by UPS were damaged, the first one so badly that we had to refuse it. The second one is dented but works fine. A huge con is that there is no backlit on the display. Some people might complain that the display is too small to read.

Feels and looks good and unique. Rarely see a drop down door on microwave so it feels more like an oven. Not a typical shape so if you already have a built in, consider needing to buy a shroud/trim. I consider this a nice countertop microwave. Having a kitchen with built in appliances will make this stand out as it covers a lot of counter space and does have a unique design, which is good and bad. I had a hard time matching it to a jenn air stainless steel range. A funny thing is the color is depicted as stainless steel, but it is black, with stainless steel accents; the shell is a satin gray, making it challenging to match with stainless steel. Slim fry or whatever it’s called, mostly dried out my food. I have since, also purchased a Ninja foodie air fryer/grill. Tried both and it is what I was looking for. It doesn’t compare to a true air fryer, in my opinion.

This was an appliance that hopefully will replace one small roaster and one over the counter microwave oven. This is just plain beautiful, if you like black appliances, then you would not have a problem integrating this into your kitchen, they included 4 additional racks to help you with the conventional oven, and one that looks like silicon protected dish or plate. By conventional, it means that it will toast a piece of bread or pizza unlike a microwave oven, it may take a little longer than a real toaster, but it is effective. Now there is more space in my kitchen. Wife broiled a red snapper in 9 minutes and turned out delicious.
