The overall assessment of this product is that it is a good deal for the price. We wanted it in silver/ aluminium finished look. Installation was relatively easy. I just wish the buttons were a bit more sensitive to touch, you have to press the buttons with a little more force.

I had to return another Item purchased at the store and got this to replace it, the customer service team was very helpful in making the exchange. I was very frustrated because the store is over an hour from my house and this was now my third trip. they took great care in getting me what I needed. This Microwave is great, maybe even a little stronger than we need :-) easy to install, and very quick.

Really like this Microwave. Quiet and easy to use, seems to do everything you would expect. Recently installed, which was easy to do. We are really happy with it so far.

Six months ago, we bought a Samsung dishwasher. I did some research and it was highly rated, looked good, had nice features, and was on sale. Still I wasn't sure as I'd never owned a Samsung product. It has been a dream. My wife and I love it. Then our microwave died, so we went to Best Buy and there was a Samsung that was the right style, looked good, had nice features, and was on sale. No hesitation. We bought it. Another wonderful appliance. So easy to use that I've never been tempted to open the manual. It is quiet, solid, and of course very intuitive to use. It has a nice fan and an over the range light. It is very shiny and I thought initially that it might show fingerprints, but not at all. If it does get dirty, it wipes clean easily. By the way, we just got Samsung cell phones. Love them too.

I bought this microwave after returning home from vacation and our old microwave had shorted out. This microwave was was easy to install (by myself). The only downsides I have is how hard you have to press the buttons sometimes, the buttons could definitely be a little more sensitive to the touch. You can not use the kitchen timer function and use the microwave at the same time.

We finally upgraded our 1980-something microwave. Needed to find an under the counter model that fit our price range and style. This one seems to fit the bill. There isn't anything too fancy about this oven, which is just fine with us. It's roomy inside and easy to use. So far, so good. The installation instructions and operating instructions are bare bones. Not sure why companies can't offer more in the manuals these days.

We purchased this microwave to replace our 11-year-old GE microwave that stopped working. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that it fit perfectly on the existing GE bracket, so we didn't have to take that bracket out and put in the new Samsung one. The screw holes that mount to the upper cabinet also matched, so that was another bonus. But we did have to drill a new hole for the power cord which was no big deal. We chose this microwave because it matches our Samsung refrigerator, and we are very pleased with it so far. It is really nice looking and certainly more modern than our black GE! My only complaint, and it's my own fault for not checking, is that it doesn't have the presets where you push "1" for one minute (up to 5) and it automatically turns on for one minute. I guess I can live with having to push a few extra buttons! The attached picture doesn't do it justice, but it gives you an idea.

While it seems to cook food well, the buttons are very difficult to push. It is quiet and easy to clean but not a fan because of the buttons. Also, the bracket to mount it above your stove is attached to the microwave for shipping. We thought for a while that it was missing!

Easy install over the range. Has worked better then I expected. Lots of features for the money.

We replaced the last of the old white appliances in our kitchen with a this new Samsung model. It looks nice, installation was quick and easy and as a microwave, this works well. Unfortunately, it's a lot noisier than our old unit, and the fan settings are super loud, almost to the point of being unusable. That's hard to compare/figure out in the showroom though, so hopefully this is useful to someone else.

Easy to install, powerful and the esthetics are nice. His is the first Samsung I have had and it seems more well built than some of the other brands. I went with this brand because of the reviews from other purchasers and have not been disappointed.

You have to press the buttons too hard. Also, the lights are not very bright. Installation templates were difficult to use. Should be more durable than paper. The microwave itself does work well and has appealing looks.

This microwave works great. I do not like that I cannot use the kitchen timer and cook food at the same time. Great price and like I said works great, but doesn't have all the features that I like.

What I like about this microwave is that it works well, but I wish it had an extra 1 minute button and that is was 1100 watts instead of 1000 watts. To be fair, it does have an extra 30 seconds button, and I knew I was getting a 1000 watts microwave. My previous Fridgedaire gallery microwave stopped working after less than 2 years, so I decided to switch to Samsung. I have had multiple other Samsung appliances and electronics, and have never had any major problems with them. One thing I do not understand is that recently the "filter" button came on and I have no idea what that means. It still works just fine.

Very happy with this purchase. Much nicer than the old unit that it is replacing. Installation was relatively easy and we were done in about an hour. Have had it over a month now and it works great.

We were initially concerned that the plate inside this micro would not be big enough but we are finding that this plate is just fine for what we need. It looks really nice in our kitchen and fits well under the cabinets.

It's been about a month since we got it, so far the unit is working as we expect. It took me some time to figure out that i have to invert the air escape since my kitchen does not have the hole for the air to escape to the outside. After that i was able to install it pretty quick with help from my wife to raise the unit into the bracket. The unit has been working as expected, no problems so far. We use it mainly to heat stuff and defrost food, not really for cooking. We got a good price for it. It has a black finish that matches the other appliances on the kitchen. I'll keep an eye on it for the coming months and update how it is doing. So far we are happy with it.

I bought as an open box. Very easy to install and works great. After having several different ones over the years, this one is easy to use and easy to clean. I would buy it again!
