This dishwasher model is ADA-compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design). The dishwasher model requires a hot water line versus a cold water line during operation; hence, in the installation guide, the hot water supply line must support water pressures between 20 psi and 120 psi (140-830 kPa). We agree that certain conditions may affect how the finish of a Home Appliance may look, from the monitor used, how it was uploaded to the site, the camera that was used, etc. Each company has different ways of creating its finish for its panels. The Stainless Steel look may either look darker or lighter if compared to other brands in the market. The best way of finding out would be to visit a local vendor like Best Buy and see if the color matches. A: I did exactly as I was told and it’s not available in the black stainless steel so I had no choice but to purchase it in black but not happy I purchased refrigerator, stove and microwave in black stainless now no other option than the black because it’s a smaller dishwasher for a galley kitchen had I known this was going to be an issue I may have changed my mind about the finish

Love my 18 inch samsung!
This dishwasher is perfect! We put this in our lake/ AirBNB. They were out of stock initially but I waited for this one...Our kitchen is on the smaller side, and this dishwasher is still really roomy. In my opinion it is better than the competitor's as it is quiet, taller than the rest so it fits correctly and looks good. It gets the dishes clean, and dry's without a heating element so I don't worry about melting plastic, or starting a fire as I once had a dishwasher do with a piece of plastic that had fallen. The door pops open when it is done so it's obvious that it has finished, and it can air out, eliminating any concern of mildew! By the way....I am buying this one again for our tiny home rental!

Super Quiet and Epic Cleaning Power
LOVE this dishwasher. I can't believe I waited 17 years to have one installed in my rent-controlled apartment. Don't wait as long as I did! I paid a thumbtack professional to get my cabinet prepared to fit this machine. It is only 18 inches wide so it wast even hard to fit in my studio apt kitchen area. And performance? Dishes come out dry and perfectly clean. Best feature? It's SO quiet. Like, I'll turn it on and go to bed (which is in earshot of the kitchen because it's a studio). It also has a nifty function whereby it opens itself after the cycle is done so that it can air dry after heat drying. Great value, fits easy, and super quiet. What else could you want?

Good for our 1 bdrm condo
Pretty good, smaller than I expected but it works for a 1 bedroom condo. VERY QUIET, amazing change from our recent dishwasher that took center stage anytime we used it. The picture is before raising it up to the countertop.
