First, let me tell you that the one or two line reviews from previous people who purchased were NOT helpful at all (in fact, they appear to be fake reviews to boost the product score. If you read them, the seem very generic in touting one particular feature -- anyway....) First, installation wasn't so bad. Make sure you have a level as the mounting bracket does not have vertical arms that some GE models have had. Although not the fault of the manufacturer, I do laugh at the swiss-cheese look of the underside of my cabinet where it is mounted. This microwave has great space and a very nice look. The horizontal controls in the front are easy to use and are easier for kids to access than most microwave panels. Be prepared to download the manual to learn the different Options as there is little mention of how to use them in the documentation that comes with the unit. Here are a couple of (missing) things that surprised me and my wife: 1. No one-touch 30 seconds or 1 minute button. You will need to press "+30 sec" button and then hit start. Seems kinda like an old-fashioned process when many have one-touch (our old GE did and we used it constantly) 2. The timer beeps four times and that's it - no indication that the timer is done. Usually, we are cooking and would use our GE time to alert us if something was ready while working somewhere else. It would go off until we made it stop (like most electronic timers now days) and even our 15-year-old oven says "END" if the timer expired. Plus, it isn't very loud to make a difference in a noisy home like ours. 3. No timer for a nightlight. Again, comparing to our GE, we could set a turn-on and turn-off time for the night light, which was great for getting that midnight snack. I guess this is a Samsung weight loss program. 4. Seems to operate louder than our used GE profile we just removed. It cooks fast, seems to do a good job with power. Our experience with the preset reheat options was that they WAY over cooked what food we selected. Also the 4-speed fan is nice (along with a delay feature for the fan to turn off), and I can't wait to see how the filter holds up. All-in-all, an ok machine, although lots of features we didn't expect to lose.

Have not had any issues, have used this unit for cooking full meals and just reheating items. My wife who is 5'1" loves the control panel across the bottom, but that does cause the door to be wider than our previous microwave it replaced. I like the dark interior, it is easy to clean yet doesn't show the spatters like a normal white plastic interior does.

Samsung microwave is easy to use; love the sensor cooking feature and eco mode. Microwaves popcorn without me guarding; baked potatoes though are overcooked. Can heat bigger dishes. Its easy to clean and 3 speed vent is useful. Looks beautiful !

Best Buy shipped/delivered on time and FAST! Microwave install was relatively easy. I havent used it yet so I cant offer more on it's cooking effectiveness. I would like to make mention 3 important notes... 1). The handle on the black stainless microwave isnt the same colored handle as black stainless stove or refrigerator. This handle is a little lighter in color, somewhere between stainless and black stainless. 2). When paired with the matching black electric stainless range, it looks a little bit like a spaceship because of all of the buttons on both units. 3). The LED lighting is great!

We bought a floor model, which might be part of the problem, but the carosel stopped turning and the filter clip will sometimes automatically unhook. However, a power outage seems to have fixed the carosel and it otherwose functions as you would expect. I like the multiple fan settings and preset options. I was easily able to convert it to recirculating.

Really appreciate the extensive cooking preset options. I wish there were single button choices to heat for 30 seconds & 1-6 minutes like my old microwave.

My microwave is damaged... My contractor and i just installed and after everything was done we found the door was a little mis aligned... we looked at the right back corner and the light and right rear corner was bent. The from is not aligning because of the damage. Mt wife is going to fume when she sees this. I live in a very rural area and its has taken me this long to get a contractor to install. I am very upset.

First time Samsung microwave purchase. A total of 2 years and 3 months before error E83 appears which requires a technician. Save your money and don’t buy From a company that’s better at making phones like I did. One and done.

Amazing interior space with easy access controls on the door. Is quiet when running and like the presets and sensor cooking. My only wish is that when you press the time buttons that they automatically started (e.g., press 2 and it automatically starts for 2 minutes), like my old microwave, but just a minor inconvenience.

Bought this as a replacement for a 14 month old Maytag (which is garbage). Easy to install, more features that I thought I would never use, that I actually do. Very convenient, looks awesome. Should have gone with Samsung appliances when we built the house.
