Very nice and stylish over-the-range microwave! Fingerprint resistant black stainless steel is the way to go. Every option you can dream of including soften-melt, pizza, potato, veggies, 4 speed exhaust and hi-lo lighting options. Samsung has hit a home-run with this unit. Recommend having a professional install and remount the motor for internal exhaust. Highly recommend!

Beautiful black stainless steel microwave over the stove. Large inside and looks sleek outside. It does everything and anything u can imagine. Has a steel rack removable for baking and heating or cooking multiple dishes. Awesome digital microwave. Easy to clean.

We like this micro. We purchased it as part of a set of new kitchen appliances and were particularly drawn to it's clean understated classic look over our new stove. It protrudes out from the back wall less than a lot of the big micros. And it has no handle, making it look high design and taking less room in a small kitchen. So far, it works wonderfully, auto sensor gets potatoes done in half the time of our previous micro of the same wattage. Having the controls on the door make it look like a newer style than those with panel on right and big door handle, but you do need to step back for the wider door to open. The exhaust fan is strong and quiet. We are very happy with this choice and would buy it again.

I bought this microwave 6 months. At first I have been very happy but not now anymore. Looks beautiful, works so far with no problems but: 1) specification says about output for exterior fan is backside and it was top side and to change to back side was horrible (it should be covers ready for exchange from top to back or back to top). Instead of you have to cut the back side windows and all is very unprofessional. Ok even so is back side and you don't see it but such as thing I would never expect from Samsung. 2) The most annoying thing is exterior filter, which pops out by self very often and into cooking pot and pan. 3) To resolve this problem is nightmare with Samsung Customer Service. Spending many hours taking the photos, forwarding info etc., been switched to many agents who really do not care or have no ideas what is happening. Waited long time for right parts and received different part completely different and not related to the problem. Still waiting for right parts according to Samsung CS and not knowing if it will resolve the problem. So from beginning I have blue tape on both sides of the filter frame to prevent filter being cook with soup. If problem will be resolve I could add 2-3 more stars and forget installation issues but as it is I will stand for 1 star because the food mixed with plastics frame and aluminum filter do not taste to good.

Microwave works like a charm. The various options work well and we are very happy with it. Letters and numbers are big enough for my wife to see them. That was very necessary.

Our new Samsung Microwave is going to be a great asset to our daily meal prep procss. It is safe, sleek and accurate. I did have to adjust to the length of the door. I am use to a smaller door and needed to learn to step back a little further when opening the door other then this the unit is perfect in my newly remodeled kitchen.

Although I purchased this microwave at the beginning of January, it did not get installed until the end of January. It looks great...the plate is actually bigger than the one from my last microwave and the controls are very intuitive. I did not get a manual with it... so I need to go online and pull one down. What I know of it right now is that I am happy with my purchase and it’s delivery.

This is a fantastic microwave and a huge improvement over the one we replaced. This looks good and performs even better. The presets are fantastic and are now becoming an increasingly more used feature. My wife was amazed at how well the sensor cook works for frozen veggies. The vent fan is powerful and works even better now that we had an external vent system put in. Our old recirculating microwave set off the smoke detector almost a couple times per month. With this, we have not had it go off once. I also love how easy it is to remove the filter to clean it out. Very convenient. The LED lights are excellent at illuminating under the microwave. Much better than our old one. This is mounted above our oven and even though it is .5 cu.ft. larger than our old microwave, the size fits perfect and is not too large by any means. We liked this model because our old one had the handle break off after several years and now with the handle build in to the side of the unit, we don't need to worry about that happening again. My only complaint is something as simple as setting the clock on the unit. It is not clear whatsoever unless you dig in the manual. It is one of the special "Options" features (option + 9 to be specific), then you can set your time. Not a huge deal breaker, but slightly annoying when setting it up and if power ever goes out. We purchased all our appliances 2 months ago and they are still working perfectly!

I love my microwave easy to use spacious and vivid colors. Not noisy light is bright and love that the function keys are on the bottom and not on the side

Must larger than what it appeared in the store. Easy to clean. No finger prints show at all on the outside. And it looks really good in my kitchen. I like the idea of having no handle on the front of the microwave

This microwave is huge! I had a bit smaller OTR before and had to watch my head when opening it. The door comes out far. It has amazing features, like softening or melting, chocolate or butter... I love black stainless steel too, all you need is damp microfiber cloth no chemicals needed!

Never a regret with Samsung. I love the sleekness of this microwave; I didn’t want a handle and this was one of very few models to offer that. It’s so spacious and the light on it has a beautiful blue tint to it. It lights up the counter tops. Looks really classy at night.

Is lighter weight, functions are easier to operate, installed by a 70 year old gentleman who said it was a breeze, overall performs beautifully at a cheaper price than many of the estanlished name brands.

Very spacious, very easy to use and even gives helpful cooking times. Only thing I dislike is the inside color but it don’t hurt function.

Beautiful design & nice features. I received a great open box deal too. I needed a over the range microwave after installing new cabinets. My wife & I love it.

Simple installation as long as you follow the directions. Lots of options for heating, large area and comes with tray to split the levels for even more options for heating. The vent is strong but a bit loud on the highest setting. Very pleasing to the eye because the handle bar is integrated into the unit itself. Very modern looking overall and would replace with same type of unit if and when it fails someday.

I’ve had this microwave a little over a month. I don’t like the fact that I can’t run the fan on highest level (4) if I’m cooing in the microwave. Only levels 1 & 2 work while cooking. I purchased this particular model (paying more) because of the high vent fan so I’m not a complete fan (pun intended). The door also seems a little flimsy compared to my last microwave. It also cuts off after the first minute of defrost cycle (sensing I guess). If I don’t remember to start it again, I have to start process again, losing precious prep time. Overall, it’s doing the job it was intended to do, but it’s nothing special. I would have gone with a less expensive model had I known.
