So I bought this whole setup sight unseen from Bestbuy.com online. No one in our town were even carrying the new Tuscan lineup so we weren't sure how the color would look, and we were nervous to get them...however we couldn't be more happy!! The color is pretty awesome!! Although they are not as brown as pictured. The delivery guys thought they were just the black stainless steel, but in different lights the browns or rose gold colors come out more. They look pretty awesome in our kitchen, and as far as performance they are top notch. They replaced our old Samsung appliances...which I'll be honest I said I'd never get Samsung appliances again, but when I seen this new color I thought it would look super elegant...and they do. The fridge is pretty cool. I really like the water pitcher on the inside...I usually throw some lemons in there for some lemon water. And I also like the middle drawer...which has kind of become the kids drawer for all their snack packs, string cheese, and stuff like that. These appliances looked so good I had to take pics and share them on social media. Very happy with my purchase...and the price from Bestbuy was better than anyone else and they installed them and put my old setup in my garage to put at my daughters home...everyone's happy!! Trust me I don't usually leave reviews about appliances...lol. Oh and we've been thru a few different Samsung dishwashers this one is ultra quiet...and just better. Samsung has stepped their game up...at least on this setup.

I love the clean, unbroken, sleek lines of this microwave and particularly the Tuscan Steel. Because the controls are built in to the door itself, the door is wider than older models where the controls are on the side and separate from the door. So you must step away as you open the microwave door. Just get used to that.

Love this microwave. It’s large and has a rotating plate as well as a shelf to heat two items at once.

Our appliances were 14 years old and only one repair. Really only needed dishwasher, but it was time for an update. Loved the look of Samsung's Tuscan bronze appliances. Only time will tell how they hold up. This microwave is easy to use and cleans up easily. My husband did the installation because we were worried if it would fit above the granite. Dimensions online made it look like it wouldn't fit. So we were thrilled when it fit like a glove.

This an amazing microwave. I actually installed this myself with help of course and was not too hard. Does take about 2 hours to get it right. The microwave heats up my food fast and easily. I like the layout and how big its inside.

I have had this microwave oven less than a month and I’m already having problems. Early on I noticed it took longer than normal to heat up food. Now it doesn’t heat at all, None of the preset settings work either. It is an above range appliance so getting it repaired or replaced will be a chore. Had to get my Panasonic counter top model out of storage so I can heat up food or defrost meat. LED lights work well and flood the countertop with light. Looks like I got a dud.

We purchased this to match a Samsung range/oven and have been very pleased with appearance and performance. We liked that there was no visible handle (opens easily from lower right corner of door). It replaced another brand that died after 10 years, and we were able to use the existing wall bracket/hinge so that simplified installation. Did it solo but recommend two people. The exhaust blower is much stronger than our previous unit, but also louder. Four speed positions are available though and the lower settings are quiet. LED lights are a plus.

Its a great microwave. Has all the features and makes cooking so much more easy with the sensor cook and other options like fit choice and kids meals. Very happy with the buy.

We chose this microwave for its appearance, color and sensing functions and it is working great so far. It replaced a GE that did not last three years (therefore GE was not an option for me this time around). I had to drill two new holes in the cabinet to mount it as the alignment was not the same as GE, but it wasn't difficult and installation was pretty easy.

I'd have chosen a smaller microwave but it fits perfectly in our new kitchen, was part of a sale-priced bundle, and works very well. On the whole, after about eight months of use, I'd still give it four stars. I have only a couple of minor complaints. First, it's noisy because it's big, and so is the fan. It's an acceptable enough trade-off to get the cooking smells from both the mw and stove to get vented out adequately. The other issue was unexpected. We had it installed at the end of a long wall with its right side flush against another wall, in short the corner at the far right of the kitchen. That was an okay location for our old standard microwave. The width of this mw's door, however, makes it awkward, and I didn't notice till I started using it after installation over a month after purchase. If you look closely at BB's pictures you can see that the door is wider than the width of the cooking area that is flushed left and does not extend end to end. In the remaining space to the right of the cooking space, there's a Cooking Guide printed on a vertical 5.5x15.75" panel behind which, apparently, is the mechanical housing. The door itself extends end to end, covering that section to create an unbroken sleek front that's very elegant. The guide's very handy to use the microwave's many impressive features. However, its location and, of course, the mechanical housing behind it mean that the door swing can't be changed. It swings from right to left, and that is a problem, even in a medium size kitchen: the edge of the door can't clear the head of the person standing in front at a standard distance to open the door. In my case, it's my forehead that's in its collision course. I'm describing this at length because it hadn't even occurred to me to check how the door opened for normal usage. Is this a deal breaker? No. There's a simple workaround that becomes a habit. I learned soon enough to instinctively lean back slightly to clear the door past my face. An upfront solution, if you want to get the bundle, is to select instead a newer model in the same Tuscan steel series that has a design-adaptation: its door is standard width, and flush with the Cooking Guide panel that's exposed. I didn't check that model myself as it was too late for an exchange but I recommend you test it on the showroom floor, assuming it's installed there at the same height you'd have it in your kitchen.
