I love the third rack and it cleans dishes well, but it is horrible at drying! There is always water on the door and 80% of the dishes are still wet. The dry cycle also makes a horrible high pitched ringing noise that you can hear a room away. The buttons are super easy to activate which is not a plus. Our dishwasher sits on a corner meeting our breakfast bar area and anytime you brush against it, it activates. My solution was placing a cardboard flap over it. Overall, not too impressed but it works.

Very nice dishwasher with lots of extras for a reasonable price. It was easy to install this dishwasher myself. It has a sleek look and the front is flat (no protruding handle) which allows me to pull an opposing drawer at a 90 degree angle all the way open. The vent to the exterior on the front does not generate a great deal of steam thereby saving the counter lip above it from damage over time. I was surprised by the low level of noise as it operates. It seems that the cycles are rather long (1hr?) but is not an issue for me. I would have preferred the utensil rack be in the side of the door so as to not take up room on the bottom rack but this utensil rack can be easily moved around and has flip down tops to hold things inside and in place. This model also has a convenient additional short top rack designed for silverware/utensils, and flat objects like lids. The middle rack includes a stemware stabilizer piece that flips up for use or flip backwards out of the way if not needed. The inside of this dishwasher is not completely stainless steel buthas a nice appearance I'm confident that it will be durable in the future.

This dishwasher works great and has ample room inside. The only concern is with the front-facing buttons which are quite sensitive so the dishwasher, at times, powers up if something brushes against the power button.

Easy install but required additional parts, relatively quiet, and provides an updated look to the kitchen. We had to purchase a special cleaner to remove the finger prints and smudges. Dishwasher space is adequate but fills up quick, I think the prints that hold dishes in place were built by the engineer’s child on bring your child to work day. Plates lean on others, bowls end up inside other bowls ( without spacing them out) etc.. but all in all, it cleans the dishes and that’s why we purchased it. I would probably purchase something more higher end next time around.

My installer Steve was awesome, came on time and called 30 min out, he had this up and running in no time at all, he also delivered and installed my range and OTC microwave and a washing machine that day. He did all of this all by himself, kudos to Steve. The dishwasher runs really quiet and looks great in my kitchen, my on complaint is it is very sensitive as others have stated, If you work on the counter of your kitchen that this dishwasher is under you will automatedly turn it on 50 million times and it can get rather annoying but at least the chime let's you know you have done it again, LOL!!! I still like it though, but the next one won't be front control that's this sensitive.

Overall it's a nice-looking machine. It cleans fairly well, but I would suggest rinsing first even though the claims are that you don't need to. Tough burnt on stains and grease will sometimes need to go through a second time or hand wash. It's not often but worth mentioning. My biggest issue with this machine is that the buttons are ultra sensitive. When I reach in my cabinet for a dish, my lower body turns the machine on just from contact with the power button. This happens every day and the only way to avoid it is to deliberately stand butt outward while reaching up for a dish. You can see from my photo the the dishwasher does stick out past the counter's edge yet it is a standard 24" dishwasher.

My only complaint is it doesn’t dry that well other than that it works great and dishes are very clean! Nice and quite too! I’ve read other reviews and I personally haven’t had issues with accidentally hitting buttons but it could depend on placement in kitchen! Great looking and easy to clean with my stainless steel cleaner and microfiber cloth!

This dishwasher was a little bit of a pain to install because the drain hose is extremely long, much longer than most. Once we figured a way to contain the hose to the dishwasher it was a breeze! Washed dishes great, but even when using heat dry they tend to be left more than a little wet.

Great price, great product. Get’s the job done! I was worried it wouldn’t match my slate appliances but you couldn’t tell the difference.

This particular Samsung dishwasher, model DW80N3030 selling for $590, is a bit of a dud for a few reasons. 1) The controls on the front panel are very sensitive. If I brush up against the control panel while I’m standing at the counter, the dishwasher’s power function turns on. This has happened several times. It’s a pain. 2) The so called “Express 60” cycle ( as in 60 minutes) is more like 90 minutes for one wash and two rinse cycles. 3) The drying time is hours long! My previous dishwasher was an inexpensive Frigidaire ( retail $299). It was new, just like the house we moved into. The Frigidaire lasted 14 years, cost 50% less, and, the dishes were dry in roughly 60 minutes!! Go figure. Based on how this Samsung operates, I would not be surprised if I had to replace it in a few years.

I am very happy with this purchase I got it because of the sanitation settings as I can and it is a huge time saver. Also cleans my dishes very very well

I wish I could give it 0 stars. It stopped working 1 year and 1 week after having it installed. When taking it apart to replace the leak detector, we noticed several other broken parts. Now, after spending almost $600 on this, I’m buying a new dishwasher 1 year later. Our last dishwasher lasted 16 yrs and actually still worked better than this one when we replaced it. This thing is the worst and Best Buy should be ashamed to even sell this garbage.

So far, this dish washer is great! Everything comes out shiny clean and it is SILENT. the only thing is that if i lean against it to reach into my upper cabinet, or hit it with hips, it turns on! And because its so quiet, i may not hear it go on. Other than that, I love it

Purchased this September 2019, 15 months later the thermistor is faulty. The normal and heavy cycles buttons blinks when powered on. Reached out to Samsung chat for help, was given a list of suggested service area to repair because out of warranty. Our last dishwasher was 10 years old + and was still working fine, but we remodeled our kitchen and this one couldnt even made the 2 years mark. DONT FALL FOR IT.
