A monitor menu keeps popping up that says something about eye care etc. How do you get that menu to stop. Inititally it was a setup menu. This happened before. No good.

This is an upgrade from an older HP model that ran on display port and was a 1080i model. Much better image quality and better color rendition. Height as delivered is OK, but I should have gone for adjustablity. Base is stable and bezel is minimal. Power button is located on the lower back side and is a multi-function button. Other than lack of adjustability (my fault) it is a 5-star product.

Great gaming monitor! Top of the line. Only thing I don’t love is there’s no volume that comes out of the monitor. If you only use a headset, this is the choice for you!

I made an order line and picked up in the store. After waiting for two weeks, I received an defective item. There is a black spot on the screem. I called bestbuy online and spoke with online support team Nameera. I was told that because I ordered online and picked it up in the store, there was nothing she can help with and I would need to speak with someone in the store. This doesn't make sense to me because this is an online order. I asked where I can file a complaint or a claim. She said there was NO place in Bestbuy that customers can file a complaint or a claim with.

Super clean and crisp 4K detail. Colors look great, brightness is solid, and everything from gaming to browsing looks extremely sharp. Really happy with this monitor.

The monitor had an error display in the left upper corner that I couldn't get rid of. Best buy staff was great, knowledgeable, friendly and they verified malfunctioning monitor. I returned monitor to store within the 15 day return window. I decided to purchase a 4k smart TV that is wonderful from a different retail store and not from Best buy due to your short 15 day return to store policy.
