Q: Hey my refrigerator says Error diagnosis 52 6 13 I just got it and tried to connect it with smart things but it won’t work.

A: I know you've surely resolved this by now but answering to save others from the frustration of the poor general response from the manufacturer. In our case, this combination of error codes was due to a connector at the top of the doors being disconnected due to the installers removing the doors to bring the fridge inside. Remove the top plastic cover above the doors (3 screws) and verify the wiring connections above the beverage center door. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you put magnets on the doors?

A: Actually I just went into the store today to check it out for myself. Brought a magnet along. It stuck to the front :)

Q: What is the wifi for in this fridge?

A: It allows you to control your frig from your phone app. It really doesn’t do anything else. You can change temp, turn on/off ice maker, change flex zone mode that’s about it.

Q: If the water pitcher is removed, can you get filtered water by pressing the button behind where the pitcher usually sits? Or will it only dispense water if the pitcher is in it's spot?

A: How come the black stainless steel has two ways to get water....with the pitcher and a spout, but the just stainless steel one does not????

Q: I was told this refrigerator was very hard to move. Is it on wheels?

Because of this, even with the wheels, it can be difficult to move the refrigerator without additional help. ^Jecca

Q: For this model: RF29A9071 There is a raised cover over the hinges on top of the fridge. How far, front to back does that raised hinge and cover run. Similar floor models seem to be ~11". For our install this detail is important.

A: It is 11 inches and then 23 inches to the back of the fridge.
