This is a nice little cooktop. I have been using this on a daily basis for over a month now. Installation went ok - I had some contractors install it since they were doing the kitchen. It worked with existing wiring. The cooktop is made of very delicate glass so the top is prone to scratches and damange if you are not careful. So far we are doing fine but we are being very careful. We have not tested any cooktop cleaners but plan to do that soon. Hoping that some of the shine will come back and the stains will be minimized. We have had no issues with the burners and knobs. They are all working very well. The hotness indicator could be more efficient. The light is barely visible and it goes off inspite of the top being still hot to the touch. Overall at this price point, the cooktop is a good value as long as you maintain it.

Looks great and heats up quickly! Works well but burners are close together so hard to get too many pans on stovetop at once which is why o gave it 4 stars

Very good cook top, but in only being used twice is getting scratches. I don’t know is I am using appropriate pots.

Good cooktop for price. Knobs are hard to keep polished. Purchase made on a black Friday deal, had to wait 6 months to finally receiveeven though best buy was selling them for amost double my purchase price with 2 day shipping, customer service was not helpful in getting mine delivered in a timely manner. Scratched for in it was used, but has been fine since. Purchased for rental so time will tell how it holds up

Easy to install and easy to use. I like the layout of the burners, just different from the typical look and price was perfect for us. Lets see how long it lasts without issues

Awesome stove top!! Definitely better that the 20+ year old Whirlpool i had. Heats pans up really fast and boils water very quickly. Only problem it keeping it clean

Heats everything up fast, but it just gets really hot. Love the look of it on my counter tho!

Cooktop works very well, it is a little high maintenance because of the glass so it needs to be cleaned after each use to keep from staining.

Good basic cooktop. Pros: Front/Center controls, easy installation, long power cord, didn't have to extend it. Seems to have an effective automatic heat control system to prevent boilovers and over heating. No temperature display, however. That's probably reserved for more expensive models. Cons: No "power on" indicator light, and while it has a "surface hot" light, that light is so dim as to be useless. Even though power ratings are comparable, it does not cook as fast as the 70's era cooktop it replaced. Probably loses some efficiency for the "cool" modern appearance. I would prefer the old style, where the pot/pan is in direct contact with the heating coils.

I'd like to help with this! I have this link (https://bit.ly/3doLE7V) that has some great information on what to do if the cooktop is not cooking or heating properly. ^Jecca <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/Samsung.png" alt="Samsung" title="Samsung" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />
