Good cook top. A little smaller than expected. Did not cover the existing opening in the countertop completely (after the GE cooktop). The griddle not very convenient. The WiFi connection is kind of useless also. Does not give you anything but ability to see if the gas is on or off, but no control of it. Otherwise no issues yet.

Stove works as expected. Took a few months to receive, not stores fault. However, Wok Grate is not included. After sales rep told me it did. Samsung manual is misleading, and Samsung customer service is awful, and their managers are just as bad. So, Wok Grate is not included.

Super output and love the versatility of the five burners. Went with this unit as we were impressed with the size and weight of the grids. The unit comes with a cap for the smart bluetooth sensor if you want to remove. We did to give it a cleaner look. Blue lights around the knobs handy to see if on from a distance.

We did a kitchen remodel... moved from electric to gas, love the Samsung brand. The blue accent lights on the knobs are nice touch. It came with a griddle that is easy to remove. It also has WIFI connection capabilities. I have not used this function.

No regrets on deciding to go with the Samsung. It looks great and the burners appear to be of a really good quality. Knobs have a good feel and function to them and that middle burner is a flame thrower! Very happy with our purchase.

Stove top works well. The complaint I have with this unit is that with careful use the powder coated grates chipped easily and soaked up stains that don't come out. I tried using commercial degreaser after use to remove stains in the metal gride with no success. The stove top looks like it was years old after 2 months of use. It makes the stove top look dirty and worn quickly. Wish there was an aftermarket grate top that could be purchased to improve the look. The last stove top was 10 years old and looked better at the end than this one does now!

I suggest you apply a stainless steel cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend or some white vinegar to a cloth or paper towel. Clean one small area at a time, rubbing with the grain of the stainless steel if applicable. Dry the surface using a soft, dry cloth. Repeat these steps as many times as necessary. Nice Cooktop, it was a tight fit, however it looks great with placement over the oven. The cool blue LED lights around the knobs are a nice touch! The burners lite quickly and burn smoothly.

At initial install this was gorgeous and I loved it, within 6 months the finishing had begun to detoriate despite limited use and no harsh chemicals. 15 months in, already looking for a new product, since not only does it look awful in my kitchen now many of the burners struggle to ignite causing a gas smell while trying over and over again and it’s no longer covered in warranty. I wish I didn’t buy.

I received my cook top but apparently I ended up a used item. It has a tupe of chemical white burn on the stainless steel that won’t come off. I believe this is either from the maker or it might have been used and it was cleaned with a chemical. I received it yesterday and im on my way to exchange or return it to the store. The grills are missing the rubbers on the bottom as well.

Great looking addition to our kitchen. Replaced another cooktop which was hard to regulate the heat of the burners. This has five burners with different heating which makes it great for cooking different things at the same time. Very stylish and easy to clean

This cooktop is superior to our older model. Everything cooks faster and better. The burners are different sizes and the two on the left combine to heat an optional griddle that we use all the time. Every time a burner is turned on, a blue light goes on around the knob. It makes spotting it easier when you walk by. It also looks great when the lights are low or off. Word of caution, when you buy the 5 burner model like this one, you give up a fan in the center of the cooktop, which means you are going to get a down draft for more money than the cooktop. Ouch.

So here is the deal. PROS: 1) I like the solid grill. It's one of my favorite looks 2) It works CON: 1) ...But does it work? The igniter makes the clicking sound and sometimes it just won't get the fire going. Sometimes I have to come back 10 minutes later. As a result, I called in a service request under the 1 year warranty. We shall see how that works out 2) I bought this over several cooler models at the same or cheaper price point primarily because it had a SMART feature and both Samsung and Best Buy reps lied to me about 15 times, each time acting like they were as sure as the sun is hot. The "SMART" feature, does NOTHING. It literally tells you on an app on the phone if the stove is on. That's it. I paid for this. I want my money back. Do not get this for a "smart" feature. There is zero control/access. Why am I so bothered by this. BECAUSE do you see that little antenna piece at the back of the cooktop? Well, that will cause a problem in most kitchen because like with mine, you will have to cut into the actual wall in an ugly way and then tile around it. Now I have an ugly cutout and it looks bad and if I ever swap cooktops, I need to have the whole backsplash redone. So you tell me, is that worth it for a smart cooktop that does nothing more than tell you that your cooktop is on and someone is cooking?
