I need a sharp glossy display as matte screens cause eye strain for me. Thus, text clarity, image quality, and panel quality were utmost important bc its 2025 and who can tolerate IPS glow, blooming, backlight bleed, bad viewing angles, and crazy high prices? While OLED would be ideal, I had a buget and also wanted built in speakers work calls. Enter the 2025 32” Q8F. Against the very similiar 2024 32” Q60D, there are small dicernable differences in visual quality. This display is crisp. The glossy finish has minimal anti-glare (a positive for me). I have an OLED glossy laptop and comparatively satisfied with the image quality if you leave out response time. Its hard to tell from an iphone 15 pro camera captured image but the TV (and monitor in my case) has excellent uniformity, viewing angles, and colors. The speakers are surprisingly good and plenty loud. While both Samsung and Best Buy list the 32” model with full array local dimming, I couldn’t determine the number of zones or find settings to adjust this making me cautious on this advertised feauture. So far, this appears to hit my stringent criteria as I have searched for the last four months for a display. Make sure to turn on Input Signal Plus on External Devics settings within the TV settings to uncap HDMI at 4K 30HZ to 60HZ. If you’re looking unconventionally for a solid monitor, this one deserves a look.

Picture quality good but not on par with a Sony out of the box. Seems to be the *name brand* entry point for 4k, though not sure 4k is worth the price. Biggest disappointment is the tiny remote.. oh may. I have larger 4k Sony's which are so much better. So sad Sony is out of the smaller market.

This TV has a beautiful picture and was easy to set-up; however, I have it on all day and I expect it to be warm but it gets downright hot after about 2 hours. It’s mounted on a full motion arm and it sits about 8” from the wall (plenty of ventilation). A small child could easily be injured touching the screen and the back of the TV. It is raising the temperature in my small office. I have reduced the brightness setting to 19/50 and still hot. My concern is with this heat how long will it last? The one year warranty will expire and I’ll be stuck with a TV that won’t work.

Tamara,
Thank you for sharing your review. Watching TV for an extended period of time can cause the panel to generate heat, which is then dissipated through internal vents located along the top of the TV.
As a result, the bottom of the TV may feel warm or hot to the touch, especially after longer viewing sessions. Please know this is normal behavior, not a defect, and does not affect the TV’s performance or safety.
If you have any questions about setup or usage, Samsung Support is always here to help at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website.

I have an entertainment center with space for a 32 inch TV. My previous 32 inch Samsung TV was available with a center mount that is no longer an option. I needed to purchase a separate center mount stand that places the TV over a foot back into cabinet - much too far for viewing. I mounted the TV backwards on the stand to bring it closer to the front of the cabinet, but it had to be jury-rigged with a heavy rock as a counter-balance and magazines to lift the front and correct the angle for viewing. It looks stupid. Otherwise, the QLED picture is nice. I've only had the TV for a week. We'll see if it lasts for 15 years like my previous TV.

I love the TV. Great picture, perfect size for the area. The sound volume is better than other Samsung TV's ive had and the ones my son's have in their homes.

I recently picked up the Samsung 32” Q8F Series QLED 4K UHD Smart TV (2025), and I’m honestly really impressed—especially with how incredibly thin it is. Out of all the TVs I looked at, this one stood out immediately because of its sleek, almost razor-thin design. It looks amazing mounted on the wall and gives my space a super modern, clean feel. Beyond the design, the picture quality is fantastic. The colors are vibrant, the brightness is great, and everything looks crisp in 4K. The interface is smooth and easy to use, making it simple to jump between apps and streaming services without any hassle. If you care about aesthetics just as much as performance, this TV is a great choice. It’s easily one of the best-looking TVs I’ve owned, and the performance backs it up.

I love this TV. I bought a small one for the bedroom. It has a great picture, terrific sound, and I live the Samsung+ programming. When I’m ready to get a new TV for the family room, I’m certain I’ll purchase another Samsung. I’m SOLD!

Purchased for my 93 year old aunt. She’s enjoying it very much so. It works great. A return to last viewed button would be great!

The 4k is perfection! I can see and read closed captions without my glasses on. Hooray! Great gift for seniors.
Disappointed Posted
I am very disappointed because every television of this size has television legs to stand it on. I just took the television out of the box. I have to lean it against something until I purchase something to stand it up.

The picture quality and the viewer experience are just amazing! Since it only weighs 12.5 lbs., I was able to set it up myself. I carefully read the directions for the remote (which is not intuitive) before pressing the ON button. The screen that sprang to life is so immersive and true in color and detail--I was almost overwhelmed at first. Once comfortable with navigating the menus, and with appropriate apps installed, I immediately entered a better world of entertainment. Yes, there's a learning curve, but it's so worth it! I LOVE it!

Upgraded 32" TV in kitchen to take full advantage of improved 4K picture. Noticeable improvement in color and sharpness, as well as when having an angled view of screen. Easy to set up and integrate with other technologies, including SONOS speaker, Blu-ray and FireTV devices. Also has smaller (narrower) footprint than prior 32" model, with other improved technologies available as standard equipment with 2025 models, as compared with prior 2021 equipment. Good value and so happy that at least one of the higher quality manufacturers of TVs is still willing to produce upper end TV equipment in their 32 inch models.

Great little TV. Easy instructions for setup, but it does take a few minutes. Colors and picture out of the box were great and didn't need to adjust anything. The remote is quite small but it does what it's suppose to do. So far, I'd recommend this TV if you're looking for a 32" model.

This is a great tv. The color is beyond gorgeous. It's clear and crisp. Easy set up, but does require a swap out of the cable box to the newest one available. The features will need tweaking to your liking, but will reward you with a fantastic picture.

Samsung – 32” Class Q8F Series QLED 4K UHD I recently purchased the Samsung 32” Q8F Series QLED 4K TV from the Best Buy in Frisco, and I am extremely impressed with both the product and the overall experience. For a 32-inch TV, the picture quality is outstanding—bright, crisp, and incredibly vibrant thanks to the QLED panel. The colors look true-to-life, and the 4K detail is remarkably sharp for a TV of this size. The SamsungVision AI features are also a standout. They automatically adjust the picture and sound based on what I’m watching, and it genuinely makes a noticeable difference. The Tizen Smart TV interface is fast, intuitive, and easy to use, and streaming apps load quickly without any lag. Setup was very simple, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations in every way, delivering premium performance in a compact form factor. I highly recommend this model, and I want to give a shout-out to the Frisco Best Buy team for making the purchase smooth and hassle-free.
