Bought the stove in May but didn’t get it until July as it was not in stock and was back ordered. This Samsung countertop stove works wonderfully. It heats up quickly, and I find it to cook food quickly. Clean-up is easy but since the counter top is a shiny black, fingerprints and streaks from cleanup can be seen on the shiny surface. Need to use a soft clean cloth to remove them. Also, two of the burners are so close together that pans almost touch. Still glad I bought it.

Looks great, works great, easy to clean

Replaced our old gas top with this electric. Fit perfectly in the old space and looks great. Heats up and cools down fast, easy to clean (much easier than a gas cooktop). Does not "plug in". Requires a knowledgeable electrician to install. Contractor friend and I did it in an hour.

The cooktop looks nice, but it is very delicate. Within the first use, the top got stained and now has a ring on it. It is disappointing since we just installed it.

The guy who installed were awesome. There was a couple of problems and they knew what to do to fix them without hesitation. I also Thankful that they did not say you have to get some to fix this before this can be installed. They were vere knowledgeable of there job.
