I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm and fits my laundry area perfectly. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running which is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. The washer can hold a nice amount of clothes and everything gets clean. The spin cycle is great and effectively gets just about 95% of all the water from my clothes which helps to ensure my dry time will be greatly reduced so I’m able to do more loads in a shorter span of time. Both the washer and dryer are really easy to use in my opinion but the star is the washer. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

The capacity afforded by tube design cleaning without the center spindle offers a better way to clean bed spreads and other bulky items and adds to overall item load size. I like the simple controls to select water levels and other washing options. I like the glass top and the machine operates with low noise levels. On the negative side..... small complaint. The auto dispensing soap tray, a feature many machines have today, I find it unselective as to load level and for small loads the machine is using full detergent loads. The decal on the door also dissolved with detergent spills. However, other brands and models have the same often found dispensing quirk. I avoid the soap loading feature when not a full load and just use the detergent measuring cup and select my own load water level and temp settings. Best thing about this machine was it was in stock and I got quick delivery. Best Buy was great in customer service. I canceled a purchase from a big hardware based home store because of non delivery after a several day wait.

Got this washer which came with the hoses, it works very well and has lots of space. Clothes are practically dry at the end so not much time to dry. Also I'm able to fit 2 full sized blankets with no tumbling noise. Love it! Please excuse the sniffing guard... he was making sure it was safe to use lol. Sniff guard approved!

My previous Samsung washer had an inner hose burst and flooded my laundry room. So I quickly went online to BestBuy.com and found this. I've used it a month now. The washer is quiet, efficient and I like that it has a glass lid, so I can see inside, as previously, I wasn't sure the washer was actually using enough water. Also, it has a timer clock so you know when your load will finish, so you don't have to keep walking back and forth to the laundry room to check. I have had no problems with the new washer and I love it! Thank you, Samsung!

This washing machine is so quiet, that is the first plus! During washing cycle or spin cycle I cannot hear it! Great performance to me, clean clothes and quiet. There are soap & softener dispensers easily accessible. The appearance of the machine is also appealing, I personally like the lid because it isn’t just white. Nothing bad to say about this machine. Delivery was quick, very pleasant and courteous men to whom were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done for set up. Online ordering was exceptionally clear and arranging for delivery couldn’t be easier. Very happy I made this purchase, very happy with Best Buy.

Great unit. Lots of space inside for clothes and towels. Easy to use and quiet. Needed something to replace my whirlpool and wanted to be able to wash bedding easier. Definitely recommend.

So far so good! It works very well! It’s simple, efficient and does the job! It was a very good price! I love the big barrel without the agitator so I can wash blankets, towels and large loads of laundry. I am a happy customer!

I have had this washer and matching dryer for a little over a month now and they have been great! Originally I was looking at the midrange Samsung, LG, and GE washers but ultimately went for the budget option. At the end of the day I needed something that washed clothes well! I am a Chef and get a lot of grease stains on my coats, pants, and T-shirts. Obviously this washer is not magical but I was very pleased at how clean my work clothes were coming out. I had my hesitation with the impeller thinking it wouldn’t clean as well as an agitator but I was wrong. Not only that but my apron straps don’t get tangled at all. The drum is huge and you could easily fit king and oversized beddings in there. I don’t try to overload the machine but have washed 8 HUGE towels in there at once and it didn’t miss a beat. As far as the water levels are concerned, I realize that government standards have become a bit strict when it comes to water usage. As long as you properly load and not just shove a bunch of clothes in there you should be fine. The song at the end is pretty funny and looooong. FYI there is a way to turn it off, it’s in the provided manual DUH. It would have been nice to have some of the bells and whistles on the higher end models but at the end of the day I am happy that I have a washer that cleans very well and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.

I have had this washing machine for about 6 months and am very happy with it. I like that I can choose the load size/water level or it can figure it out for me. The bedding cycle washes my heavy king size quilt with no problems. Delicate cycle does a great job with underwire bras. It lets me know when it is time to "self clean". My laundry is clean because it does what it is supposed to do.

I love my Samsung Washer/Dryer set! Expert Installation was a breeze (took less than 30min), and the machines have been working great since I had them delivered + installed. Both the washer and dryer are a great size (no center agitator, which means there’s a lot of extra room), and everything comes out nice and clean, accompanied by a jaunty little tune to let you know that your laundry is finished. My family has repeatedly made fun of me for this, but I love my washer/dryer set so much that I’ve repeatedly sent photos/videos of them in action to express just how much I love them (see below).

I like this washer! I just dump and go! No need to delicately place all of the clothes equally weighed on each side. Sadly, the electronics don’t save to my old settings. So I have to engage my mind more every load. I used to turn on my old one and hit start. Now I have to hit power and select everything myself and then hit start. The buttons are right on top of each other so oftentimes I accidentally turn off the washer instead of hitting start and then I have to input all of the settings all over again.

I was skeptical about buying Samsung appliances, but i have to say I am very happy with them so far. Quieter than other brands I have owned. Nice chime to remind you it done with its cycle and plenty of choices on water level, temp and wash time. No impeller so lots of room.

I really like this washer. I purchased a used washer in excellent condition and one with the impeller and it works very well. I haven’t had any issues. There are more controls than my previous washer. The washer itself is very deep and holds a lot of clothes. I ordered online and picked it up in store. The staff was very helpful with helping me load it. Thank you Best Buy!

I bought this washer about 4 months ago. This was my first time buying a washer without an agitator. I specifically was looking for a washing machine that didn’t have an agitator because I heard that they washed better and I wanted more room. So far so good. it’s very spacious on the inside, which I love. The washer is easy to use, and understand all of the bells and whistles. It’s performing good so far!

Samsung is a brand name I like . Excellent, quality, same review as the dryer. The size for the washer is perfect for a family of five. It also gives a tune when the cycle is done. But if your not tall enough it’s probably hard to reach in and remove clothes
