It is wonderful once you get it all set up properly. The picture quality is superb but you have to be very careful to never touch the screen. It works for us because it is over our fireplace and we don't have young children in the house. Set up is a very big and complicated issue. Took many house calls from Best Buy and even Dish TV and over six weeks to get everything working correctly. Be sure to have professionals install this tv and be sure they know how to do it correctly. First installer had a cord running o.ut of the tv which is ridiculous when you want it to look like art work when not in use. Another big issue is the sensor that turns on and off the art work. The Art Deco Frame covers up the sensor so we had to buy another piece of equipment and hide alot of cords. Also you have to either purchase art work or subscribe monthly to have any real selection in art work.

I purchased the 43" frame tv as a 2nd tv in my home office, as I worked during the day on my main tv. I was floored at how beautiful the artwork looked. The matte screen, flat mount and other features are honestly stunning. I purchased the art subscription and have thoroughly enjoyed looking through them all. After adjusting the brightness and adding a matte it really does look like actual art on my wall. The picture when watching movies/tv is much much better than I had anticipated. Yes, it is primarily an "art tv", but I ended up so pleased by the picture that I bought the 55" model as well to replace my main tv. I use the larger one for work (connected to pc), xbox, movies and of course art. Picture is bright, clear and settings are easily adjusted to taste. I can easily move from the pc to my movie apps to gaming. The Tizen software has given me no issues at all. I hooked up my Appletv to it as well, but found the native software just fine. The remotes are sleek and responsive, and the sound was ok, but I did hook up my soundbar. Installation was very easy and I had both tvs up and running within minutes. I highly recommend this tv and could not be happier with my purchase.

I can’t say one bad thing about my TV. I get so many compliments on it. The picture quality is great. Also there’s an abundance of free channels. I don’t have to get Cable or Netflix on this TV because it comes with Samsung TV and gives you access to premium channels and shows I no additional costs just need the Internet.

Had this TV for almost a year now, it has been great! I have installed a few of these for friends and family and finally got on of my own. The picture quality is great, the sound is actually pretty good considering how slim the tv is. The tv OS is very fast and responsive. I am not too fond of the Samsung TV OS layout but it’s okay. We just upload our own photos for the art mode, the subscription is overpriced in my opinion. We chose this tv because it was slim enough to mount in the path of a sliding barn door and it looks great.

This is my 2nd Samsung “Frame” tv and I’m absolutely amazed at the quality and ease of use with having a Samsung account. It allows me to transfer apps and other information from one tv to the other. This makes set-up a breeze! This will not be the last “Frame” I purchase.

Already owned a previous generation, and wanted a smaller tv for a different room. High quality visuals. Art mode actually looks like a painting, depending on the lighting of the room, guests had no idea it was a tv. 10/10 would recommend

We eat and watch television often and I wanted to place this in my dining area without being an eyesore. It's beautiful and looks like an oil painting.

Love it. Looks perfect. Just like a painting, so flat on wall. Installation was a little confusing but easy overall. Love that the power cord is thin and hardly noticeable.

Finally able to display many digital photos taken over the years on adventures across the country

The Frame is an Amazing monitor. The picture clarity is beautiful. I love the auto-rotate function. We use it for media information at a kiosk. Which makes the anti-glare stand out.

Perfect size for a small bedroom. The sound and picture are great for someone just wanting to use the tv for standard tv watching purposes. Someone mentioned that the 43” version does not come with the wall mount but it does. It is a bit different from the larger sizes as it is smaller and doesn’t need as big of a mount. Love the matte screen. Would recommend!

Getting it mounted with the included mount can be a little tricky, but had it all installed in about an hour. Ended up using zip toggles for a more secure install. High quality picture for day to day use, but not in the same arena as the OLED series. Looks great on the wall and blends in with the room much more than a traditional TV.

There are lots of options to hang really flat tvs on a wall and make it seem like a framed digital painting, but this is the one you ultimately want and will wonder about if you didn’t get it. Not only is it thin, it is remarkably minimal and blends into your wall well. Definitely not gonna be your main tv, it serves its purpose excellently as your digital picture frame. But as a TV, it stands on its legs as a portal to get lost in whatever tv addiction you are into. Incidentally the Samsung OS is pretty cool, easy access to your streaming services as well as a cool “game” mode where you can stream games. In addition, this has now become my 3rd computer monitor when working from home (I have my two monitors side by side and this one hangs right above it) spend the xtra bucks and get it if you got the cash. You will be pleased.

I have never said this about any purchase that I've made especially a pricey purchase in my opinion like this one which I felt was due to the the brand is where that price tag came from but I was wrong. This is this is a product that has only gotten better in my opinions as I've had it. It is a great TV. The frames you can get for it are beautiful. Samsung really nailed it with this one as in quality and uniqueness and I don't have a TV in my room that is for sleeping and relaxing as I admire my beautiful art wall thank you Samsung and as in only gets better I am really liking the recent updates Samsung I can see why you are one of the best thank you best buy I always find something amazing at your stores

Needed a matte screen TV for a very bright room. This was about the only option and boy does it work great! If you are looking for a TV with very little glare the Samsung Frame series fits the bill. Picture quality is awesome for my needs. Understand this might not be the first choice for home theater setup.

The TV picture and sound quality are excellent, but its big selling point–that it is an anti-glare TV which can double as an art display–is very underwhelming. The process of finding/setting artwork for the Frame is not intuitive at all, with the app being not at all user friendly and no easy way of keeping a "library" of art on the Frame itself. The selection of art available on the TV, even when you subscribe to the art (yes, you have to susbscribe), is not only mediocre but also: often the art is badly cropped and looks grainy/bad like a desktop photo. Overall, not a terrible TV but I wouldn't recommend it for people who care deeply about sound/picture more than general living room aesthetics.

Love it! It is a very thin screen and the frame coordinates well with my living room decor. I love seeing a pretty picture instead of an ugly black rectangle on my wall.

Works well for us. 43” is the right size for the room. Picture and sound are quite clear. Frames for this are pricey. Will have to wait a bit on that.

Nice tv, relies on the smart tv features to get around which is fine if you're ok with going through the whole Samsung Account sign-up etc. It comes with some sample art but requires a subscription to get the nicer stuff (not that expensive). It doesn't require a separate mount. Remote is minimal and can be charged via usb or solar (tiny panel on back). It is connected to a small box that needs to sit somewhere (cable from tv to box and power cable from box to power source).; the box is also used for external inputs.
