Really happy with this Samsung 43” U8000F TV so far. The picture looks sharp and colorful, and everything from streaming to switching apps feels quick and easy. Setup took just a few minutes, and the size is perfect for a bedroom or smaller living room. The sound is okay for normal shows, though I might add a soundbar later. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable TV that feels like a great value.

Crystal clear sound and picture quality for the price. You spend a little more and you get a lot more. This is LEAGUES better than a $150 Roku TV. Im very glad I decided to buy this. Im also glad the legs are built more centered as this fits on my dresser whereas some others do not.

Bought this for a rental unit bedroom - it was so lightweight, easy to wall mount, and such a clear picture. Had to adjust the sound slightly but otherwise very pleased with the price for such a great tv. Setup was very easy - especially for signing into subscriptions, etc.

The Samsung Crystal UHD Tv is great. Right out of the box, easy set up, crystal ,beautiful color and HD picture, and great sound. A great feature I love is the Samsung plus, great free channels. Had it for about a month and no problems. Great purchase.

Easy to set up. Has a great picture. The only trouble was sticking apps to my home page. Instructions for this operation are difficult to find in the meager documentation provided.

I appreciated the ease from switching to a connected console on hdmi and back to streaming on the home screen. it can easily change tv modes, brightness, etc. the audio and picture quality is decent as well, at least satisfactory for the average viewer. there is some delay when clicking through options of shows and such with the remote but that's not a huge deal. overall would recommend, it seems to be a very nice tv option before getting into oled and other such higher quality tv's focused on streamline gaming and such. i also had a positive experience with delivery of my item! overall i am very pleased after purchasing this during a sale.

I have had this about a week or two. Got er all setup and was looking great, was excited as this replaced an older samsung tv that had started developing problems. Woke up this AM and watching the news while getting ready for work and noticed that a commercial was looking really weird. Waited for the next commercial to make sure it wasn't trick photography. Nope, It was this TV. It had developed a red hue and the picture was really blotchy. kind of like a computer will do with skin tones when it's running out of memory. I love samsung products and realize this is probably a one off, but I bought this during black friday week, I realize I can just exchange it straight up as it isn't on sale with the great discount that I got it at, the unfortunate thing is that now I'm thinking of just upgrading to like the Q8F and that one is also no longer on sale with the great BF discount. I'll probably just trade straight up on this for the same model but I'm rather disappointed I got a defective one. I will say that this defect is intermittent. I came home from work and it was looking normal again but later in the day the blotchy and red hued image returned. Check out the uploaded photos

Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure your U8000 TV is running the latest firmware update 1132.0. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If that version is not available you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File.
2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files.
3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them.
4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device.
5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.

The Samsung TV I purchased is best described by having 4K-5K resolution for sharp, lifelike and detailed picture quality. Paired with with high refresh rate (60Hz-120Hz) for smooth motion, especially during fast-paced action or sports. It boasts excellent brightness and strong contrast.

I am so pleased that I purchsed the Samsung 43" Crystal UGD 4K Smart Tizen TV. It is an under statement to call it Smart Tizen TV, it should be called Super Smart Tizen TV. I am so imprred with the TV, it is awesome!!! The color is outstanding the pictures aresharpe and very clear. The sound on the TV is like having a sound bar, it is very clear and powerful. I am very pleased with my Flat Panel TV.

Our first ‘smart’ tv! As seniors, we thought we could not learn how to operate this Samsung, but it was very easy! The delivery guys after setting it up handed me the remote and said just follow remote directions. We are truly enjoying our purchase from Best Buy!

The issue was with the ordering process—it got stuck, and I couldn’t understand why at first. Eventually, I realized the problem was either with the store that was supposed to send the TV or the delivery service. After following up several times, I finally received it with a one-day delay. It arrived in good condition, and since then—almost two weeks now—I haven’t had any issues with it.
