We have had our new Samsung washer for about a month now and it is awesome. I love the different cycle options, the steam cycle, and the deep washer basin for my larger comforters. The instruction manual even has a great illustration of how to fold your large comforters to wash them correctly so they do not cause an inbalance in the drum. If you are short like I am reaching the bottom of this unit can be tricky, but I just have a handy tool nearby to help reach any items that are out of my reach. Overall it is a wonderful washer and my clothes smell amazing! My old washer left a strong smell of mildew in our clothes no matter what we did and this washer has removed that smell from all the towels and clothes. Super impressed.

What a great choice of washer. Aside from having a very nice color, the washer is huge an so quiet too. It meets our needs in washing comforter and any other big stuff that we need to wash.

The washer cleans great. It is also quiet when spinning. The capacity is very large and I can reach the bottom of the drum.

The machine is pretty, clothes are clean, nice and quiet. I thought there would be more of a learning curve, but it is quite easy to use. No quirks to complain about, I am happy.

I never thought I would brag about the appearance of my washer, but here I am. It is a great machine and does more than I can dream of. Takes a little getting use to coming from my old washer as far as technology goes but there’s ton of videos about it online.

This washer with the steam option is awesome. Quiet and looks fantastic! Beats the old worn out previous one for sure . I love this color too. I have zero complaints

Love the color and the wrinkle steam feature Scratches VERY easily!!!!!!!!! First day we had it we found scratches on it and exchange it. With the first day or two of having the replacement unit we had the scratches in the pictures on it after telling everyone not to put anything on it. We think a laundry basket causes the scratches as that was the only thing anyone put on the dryer prior to finding the scratches on the replacement unit. Wish they would put some clear protective layer on them to help prevent scratches. I have a brand new washer and dryer set we hope to have for around 10yrs with scratches on them both (washer not as bad)

My first ever new washing machine! This Samsung washer, in champagne, is wonderful; with all the settings and choices to wash and sanitize clothes is such a great treat! Purchased in September and installed in November.

Came with a dent at bottom. It dries good so far though.

Dud. Attached hoses, checked level per installation guide and saw drum was not centered. Followed cal procedure and started a small test load. After 20 hours it still had not completed. Constantly out of balance. Removed all items and it still would not spin without tripping. Called best buy for a replacement. Over a week later and two cancellations they picked it up but failed to bring a replacement. Lost a sale and lost an elite customer.

I just bought this washer yesterday and to tell you the truth, this machine is one of the best things I have ever bought. First you have to separate the fabrics, set your washing parameters and press start/play.First, the good stuff... It's capacity is huge, like the largest I've ever seen, cuts your laundry load time in roughly half. Comforters, rugs, no problem! It has a sink feature that allows you to presoak stained clothes...neat, but superfluous. By the time you are finish, Runs very quietly and efficiently. Pleasant design with transparent lid and easy directions. The clothes are sparkling clean. I recommend anyone to buy one of these Machines

This washer was definitely one we have been looking for, for a while. This one is great for the bedding as it washes it super well. Just make sure to put it on the bedding setting and on it's highest spin level. Also if you will be washing pillows also make sure to put it on the bedding setting. Our goal was to find one that washes our massive heavy comforters and this one did it for us. I love the alarm at the end of every wash too it definitely avoids me checking on it every few minutes. Love that it also tells you how many minutes are left of the wash. Absolutely love the color too. It is worth every penny !

This is a fantastic and efficient washing machine. It's super easy to use, and best of all, is very quiet. Clothes come out thoroughly rinsed and spun (and you can increase the number of spins easily), which limits the amount of time spent in the dryer. So happy with our purchase!

i have had it for almost a year already and i love it. it has never given me a problem. im in the market for the dryer and in thinking about getting the set to match my washer

This washer has an enormous capacity. Glad I didn’t purchase the pedestal - if I had, I would not have been able to reach the bottom of the tub. This is my first top loader, after owning only front loading machines (LG and Maytag). My laundry comes out cleaner and softer than with my previous washers. And, because there is no agitator, the clothes are not twisted or tangled after washing. This model has multiple options for every function. More than I really need, but nice to know there are cycles available for everything. Here are some things buyers might want to know: -Samsung recommends that detergent pods/capsules NOT be used. -When washing large items (quilts, etc.), the machine vibrates and is fairly noisy. -The top of the unit is sloped, so items placed on top will slide off. Not a dealbreaker, but good to know. Overall, I’d purchase this washer again.

Is easy to use, items are gently washed, selections for type of wash are more than adequate, operates very quietly, capacity is great for sheets and towels. After using my previous one for 30 yrs, this concept of washing including the steam is much welcomed. The installer was very kind and knowledgeable and even tightened one of the dripping faucets. I did notice a considerable dent in the machine (nothing to do with the install) but Best Buy was willing to compensate with an exchange or money off purchase price.

Large capacity, reasonably quiet, and cleans clothes as well as my previous front loader. Considerably longer wash cycles.

This washing machine is huge, while still looking sleek externally! The amount that can be fit into the washer is insane. Wash amounts that would pack my previous washer, only hits 1/3-1/2 of this washers capacity. You don't even know this machine is on while its washing. I forgot about needing to balance your wash load with top-loaders when you're washing heavy items, it's been some time since I've had a top-loader. So, any issue I've had so far was my own error. Love it!
