Still happy two plus years down the road. We did a bit of research, and looked at sets that friends and family had purchased before pulling the trigger. Needed a something to fit over a mantle and the Frame had most of the features that we wanted. The room is bright during the day and have been impressed by the ability of the QLED. We stream using several platforms the interface is solid though it does take a little longer to cycle through the options on the remote. Visiting friends are surprised that it was a television as we inserted our own artwork to the screen saver., though my wife lives the factory-installed dynamic image that mirrors our weather and time-of-day. Only downside is the ocassional latency we notice between audio and video despite being connected by cat5. The problem was more noticeable when we tried wifi. A bit pricey, but we caught it on a pre super-bowl sale.

In Love!! The sleek design of the tv and how easy it was to program was definitely a plus. I was amazed at the fact that i can just tap my phone on the side of the tv to screen share. The solar powered remote is a super plus. The clarity is amazing especially when playing games. Overall best tv ive ever had!

Great picture. Love no glares screen and viewing angle. We have it framed and mounted to wall. Art mode fools friends into thinking it is art when tv is not in use. Motion sensor is great so it shows art during day. Wish there were more art options from online store. Not that I am complaining since there are hundreds of options.

Really good tv and I specifically bought it to showcase my photos. Image is great and the ease of loading streaming apps along with installing, mounting, and connecting to power was really well designed. The SmartThings app could be better to allow easy uploading of photos. Overall I am pleased and would recommend as it won’t disappoint.

Bought The Frame 50" from BB to create a gallery wall. Short answer is I'm very happy with it. It hung about as easy as any other smart TV, maybe easier due to the lighter weight and trick hanging brackets, I also like having the smart box and all those connections tucked out of sight. The art function is fantastic, and the app to upload my own artwork is easy to use. Biggest surprise is the TV picture. It may not be "high end" to video geeks, but it's very clear and crisp and good for movie watching. Also integrates well with my Sonos setup, so the sound quality is good from that perspective. I agree with some critics that the menu functions are a bit clunky, but it's not bad after removing all the bloatware. Great purchase, especially with a 25% discount for pre-owned. A gucci TV that's worth every penny in my opinion.

Love it. Great picture. Easy, one wire hook up. Art subscription gets great art that looks very good. Gaming picture with ps5 is outstanding.

These TV’s are extremely underrated! Such a great form factor, amazing mount included in the box and the one wire to the Samsung controller box. Alexa integration. The matte finish screen, the art library! These TV’s are so good. I do love my 65 LG OLED as well but I’m this close to ordering the 75” Frame!!

Very happy with this purchase. I hated the look of a tv over the fireplace but didn’t want to go go downstairs to catch the news or weather. I can change the picture to suit my mood, many great pictures to choose or use my own. The guys installed it so no wires or cords would show. They did a great job. Should have done this a long time ago.

Love the TV and the art mode, we had a custom frame built by a guy from etsy and it looks absolutely amazing! We mounted in on an easel and it looks like a piece of art. The TV is s little slow sometimes, and now a year later has developed a black line across the bottom which is a pixel fail, good thing i got the 5 year GSP on it, We will get another one to fit our custom frame.

The picture quality and art image produced by this tv is amazing. The wall mounting hardware and instructions left much to be desired but overall the product is great. We did fish the line from the tv to the box through the wall to conceal the wire. This may not be doable for all buyers and some may not like seeing the cord.

When the Picture Hits the Screen... Everything In It Comes Alive on the Wall ! The Line Detail and the Color Saturation Gives the Image a Total Painterly Quality. My First Thoughts Send Me Wanting to Find the Source of the Image. Then Trying to Capture the Image Within Some Design Whether It's a Painting, Drawing, Print, or Even a Tattoo ! My Need to Create Sends My Reeling !

I like the look of this Frame TV the art work looks amazing on it on our wall. Also, no glare! A very nice tv! Just a litlle more challenging to figure out! Just had it installed this week after buying before Christmas (had to wait to have someone install it for us. So we are still finding out what this tv can do

I got this to have a 2nd screen as intended as an art display. Finally got it up after some hiccups with trying to dodge all the stuff behind my walls. No issues with displaying during the daylight since it is in thr Living room. I’m getting a 2nd one for another guest room. So both now have these. It comes with a lineup of images. It would be good if we get a set of freebies annually at least Samsung! I have an OLED as my living room TV so the picture difference on regular content is noticeable with non4k stuff but then this will not be the primary use. Sound is okay but if you’re used to a sound bar IYKYK. This is not in direct light so the matte screen is cool when displaying.

This TV is perfect. Easily mounted to the the wall, picture quality is great, and the smart tv functionality is solid. I love that it shows beautiful art when not watching television. It’s fun to switch out the art to match my mood or the season.

Love this "The Frame" TV. I inserted some photos via flash drive and allow it to perform a slideshow. I also set the motion sensor to "ON" for the TV to turn off at the set time. Great picture quality that is part of the experience for the frame photos as well as watching tv.

Absolutely recommend this tv to everyone! When people see it and think it’s a picture and I show them what it really is, their mouths drop and then they head to Best Buy to buy one. I love this tv.

Love everything about this TV. It looks great and has awesome features like acting like an XBox. I can play games on it without needing a bulky game system!
