Does not connect or recognize the video camera in

I have been buying it for a month and I have not been able to activate the camera when I start the zoom session. I called Samsung support and they did not give me a solution. The last response was that Samsung is not compatible with the zoom platform and as of March 9th it is not compatible either. with Google meet, I mean I paid more than two thousand dollars and I can't teach classes by zoom, for me as a teacher this tool is vital, I appreciate a timely and professional response.
