I decided to treat myself to a nice house warming, holiday gift. I have a soft spot for the latest technology and this was no exception. With the holiday sale pricing combined with the manufacturer’s rebate and Best Buy Gift cards, the set was a solid purchase. The new Flex washer and dryer are FANTASTIC and as it’s name implies very FLEXIBLE. We use them to run separate and simultaneous cycles depending on our laundry demands for that day. They are not only beautiful but clean well. There are twelve different cycles for the washer of which 5 are steam and one is sanitize. The dryer also has 12 cycles with two of my favs being refresh and wrinkle away. Both appliances have quiet run cycles. The fact that both machines are ENERGY STAR-compliant is also a plus. The set is big, tall, and heavy. Best Buy delivered and did a very professional installation. So far we’ve had no issues. Did get extended warranty as a back up. Even if I’m not washing and drying, they are really great to just admire as works of art

Bought this washer a couple weeks ago and really like it. Very quiet. Especially like the smart app that tells me when it’s done. My wife really likes the combination of the top and bottom units, she washes small stuff in the top and the big stuff in the bottom.

Great silent washing machine. If you are a tech savvy person this one is for you as you can read it is fully controlled with your smartphone. I received it over a week ago and the guys installed and made sure it worked. Right away I started to fiddle with it and rapidly learned its multiples uses, do’s and dont’s. If you’re a first time a washer/dryer owner and deciding which to buy. I wouldn’t recommend this one since they are many options although it is one of the most updated washers out in the market.

I've wanted this washer/dryer set for so long. My old washer broke down at just the right time for me be at the store when the floor models went on sale. I am very happy with the set. I have a huge family & they are getting used all the time. No issues at all aside from the fact that they are huge & I'm little (but that's why I got them).

Had my eye on this set for years. Finally a decent sale came out and I pulled the trigger. This combo does a complete load of laundry in less than half the time as our old units. Washer is super quick and does a great job. Dryer is super efficient and both are ultra quiet.

love it, it is very easy to use. No noise is heard. I like the internet connection . I can't say the same about the dryer, I can't establish a connection with my cell phone.

Where do I begin. First issue is the 1LC1 and the LC1 issues that I have had, and once again am currently having. Best Buy has been amazing with their extended warranty, and getting it resolved. But the time it takes them to come and fix it usually about a 2-5 day turn around, leaves me with an extra expense with going to the laundry mat. The reasons I have been told why this fault exists is either too much detergent, or fabric softener! I’ve countlessly cleaned the softener tray to have it happen again I started concentrating my softener did it, I even went as far and didn’t use fabric softener. It still did it. Now it has done it again without even using fabric softener! I tried calling geek squad but they were closed. Oh and every time it has been the top and bottom washer and yes Samsung has also given me the run around and told me they have never heard of this problem, maybe we should flood Samsung’s social media accounts with pictures of the constant error messages! Next issue for the top loader is the 1DC4 code or DC4 code! There is a little rubber button that helps latch the top closed but this little button mysteriously pops out, goes MIA or just fails! Once again another flaw. And that parts not covered under Samsung’s warranty so I had to buy that part out of pocket $3.00 part if you can find the part that is, so I bought 10 to be safe. Overall it works great when it works. But it has been the same reoccurring problem over and over and over again.

Samsung Flex Wash is a versatile and easy to use Washer. The front loading chamber is the larger lower washer and can do the usual loads well; but having a totally independent top Washer is unique - it serves well to wash both normal & delicates separately. Also the two washing chambers operate totally independently with your required settings which is great.

Large capacity, one week's worth of clothes can be washed at a time, intelligent drying no longer has to worry about shrinking and deforming of the clothes, although it takes a long time to get it, worth it.

It’s silence, play soft music when is done . Bigger than I thought and elegant. Still try to figure it out somethings but so far I love it.

Purchased the washer/dryer set in May 2020. I was very happy with the features, and really loved the small top load option for delicates, and the large size of the front loader. That bliss came to a crashing halt, literally. 13 months after purchase, the washer started thumping during the wash/spin cycle. I tried rebalancing, running small loads. The issue got progressively worse. Finally got a Samsung technician to take a look, and he pulled out the drum counter weight that had broken in half. He told me it would cost over $700 to repair and Samsung would only warranty for 3 months. He suggested I just purchase a new, non Samsung brand washer. Absolutely unbelievable that a $1200 appliance would completely fall apart after 1 year of standard house hold use.

Great product. Only issues are the top washer detergent holder is a triangular cup that you place in the center of the drum and your clothes are supposed to be set on top of it. It'd be better if detergent was mixed with the water internally.

This is a fast & easy to use washer! The small wash on top is great for small loads!

I bought this washer when it was on sale and it was well worth it. It might be on the high end of price, but it has several different features for your specific needs of wash. Also it features a top washer for smaller items if you don’t want to do a full load which is a plus. Would definitely recommend this product.

This washer is great for our family. It has different compartments for regular and delicate clothes There is no need to run the entire machine for less clothes and i can use the top level washer only. It can be controlled through my phone using the app.

Love the samsung washer and dryer they work great and are very quite.

It’s a beauty and high-tech without being too complicated. We love the two-compartment feature for small and large loads.
