Samsung 6.0 Smart dial washer with flex wash & super speed wash (Steam), this washer is awesome. I upgraded from a Samsung front loader that I had for 12 yrs with no issues. I get the end of cycle alert on my phone and tv. This washes my clothes so clean. I am in love with this machine. This brilliant black color looks awesome. What I love most about this machine is that I can wash 2 loads at a time and cut my laundry time in half. I can also check on my phone how much time left before the cycle ends.

I decided to treat myself to a nice house warming, holiday gift. I have a soft spot for the latest technology and this was no exception. With the holiday sale pricing combined with the manufacturer’s rebate and Best Buy Gift cards, the set was a solid purchase. The new Flex washer and dryer are FANTASTIC and as it’s name implies very FLEXIBLE. We use them to run separate and simultaneous cycles depending on our laundry demands for that day. They are not only beautiful but clean well. There are twelve different cycles for the washer of which 5 are steam and one is sanitize. The dryer also has 12 cycles with two of my favs being refresh and wrinkle away. Both appliances have quiet run cycles. The fact that both machines are ENERGY STAR-compliant is also a plus. The set is big, tall, and heavy. Best Buy delivered and did a very professional installation. So far we’ve had no issues. Did get extended warranty as a back up. Even if I’m not washing and drying, they are really great to just admire as works of art

Bought this washer a couple weeks ago and really like it. Very quiet. Especially like the smart app that tells me when it’s done. My wife really likes the combination of the top and bottom units, she washes small stuff in the top and the big stuff in the bottom.

I am very happy with this product and glad I purchased this. The Washer comes with two washers, one qt small one on top and the drum 5qt 00one on the bottom. The touch panel is so cool, it avoids all the hassle with so many buttons which causes a lot of confusion in the previous Samsung Flex Washer models. I was able to quickly setup Samsung "Smart Things" app on my cell phone. I can now operate the Washer from anywhere where I have internet, especially load the laundry in it and if you plan to go out for few hours, just before coming home start the washer remotely and by the time you come home the cycle would have completed and you will have the clothes ready to put them into the dryer.

Great silent washing machine. If you are a tech savvy person this one is for you as you can read it is fully controlled with your smartphone. I received it over a week ago and the guys installed and made sure it worked. Right away I started to fiddle with it and rapidly learned its multiples uses, do’s and dont’s. If you’re a first time a washer/dryer owner and deciding which to buy. I wouldn’t recommend this one since they are many options although it is one of the most updated washers out in the market.

Extremely quiet and efficient washing machine. This is my third Samsung set I have owned over the years, and they continue to not disappoint. Easy to use and plenty big enough to was huge loads. the top washing unit is perfect for small items or small loads, and being able to utilitize both at the same time takes off a lot of time.

I've wanted this washer/dryer set for so long. My old washer broke down at just the right time for me be at the store when the floor models went on sale. I am very happy with the set. I have a huge family & they are getting used all the time. No issues at all aside from the fact that they are huge & I'm little (but that's why I got them).

We have been happy with the washer. We typically buy LG, this was on sale with the dryer. It works well. I like the smaller upper washer for delicates and small towels. It is quiet and doesnt seem to use a lot of water. Set up was straightforward.

This was an amazing buy! Washer runs very quietly and efficiently. We absolutely love the product and the size of the lower washer bucket is just perfect for our household of 5!

We have had this washer for about a month now and I can easily say that it is the best washer we have ever owned. I was not sure if we would use the Flex was option but we use it for delicates in each load that we wash. I also love the minimalistic approach to the control panel. It is easy to set up and use and there are not 100 buttons to look at. Oh, Did I mention how quiet this thing is? We can actually keep the laundry room door open while running a cycle and it does not bother anyone in the house. If you decide to purchase this washer you will not be disappointed.

Had my eye on this set for years. Finally a decent sale came out and I pulled the trigger. This combo does a complete load of laundry in less than half the time as our old units. Washer is super quick and does a great job. Dryer is super efficient and both are ultra quiet.

Love this washer! Very convenient that you can do 2 loads simultaneously. Love the larger load capacity; will accommodate my bed spreads. Very easy to use, also. Color is very sleek. Very satisfied!

The most amazing and smart purchase ever.... The washer has a big big load capacity, the extra top washer very efficient for small and fast loads.... Steamer.... Yes bring it on... Clothes.... Including blankets no problem... Can handle everything.... And a fraction of the price from other brands like LG signature that was double the price and you have to spend extra for the pedestal boxes if you want the extra small load.... And on top of it BLUETOOTH /wifi connection so you can control it from your phone... Best purchase ever.... BTW we got the package... Washer and dryer

I shop around until I found what I was looking for. Large capacity washer/dryer. Name brand. Right color with excellent performance. I’m not disappointed at all

Love it when a plan comes together! I needed the extra space in my utility room, so I took a chance on this all-in-one option, and I couldn't be happier with it. Set up was easy and it does a terrific job. I haven't tried all of the options yet but so far all my laundry has come out beautiful.

love it, it is very easy to use. No noise is heard. I like the internet connection . I can't say the same about the dryer, I can't establish a connection with my cell phone.

The best washer i've ever owned. The clothes have never been so clean. I love the small top loader option as it really keeps the laundry moving. And I can separate out delegates and small loads. We did have one small issue upon receipt and add to swap out the washer. But best buy customer service was awesome and quick to resolve the issue.

This is a amazing washer. You have a top small washer also along with the bottom large washer. You have so many options to choose. You will love this washer. I bought Samsung washer and dryer set and i will never regret it. It's the best set I've ever purchased. I debated on the price at first but trust me. It is very well worth it.
