The item works very well I love it! I live that it has the lower and upper thingy where you can wash a small amount on the upper one!

I have been using 3-4 times per week . It is excellent. My clothes come out dry and fluffy every time . I don’t use the top dryer a lot but my family does for small load

Such a good investment. Being able to save time with the load speed. Also the way they pair to the dryer to automatically choose the right program is great

We usually purchase LG but this was on sale with the washer. It was a really good deal. Installation was fairly easy and it works well. It is a high efficiency dryer so if you dont set the default dry to a 4 or a 5, items feel damp. It took a bit to figure this out. The top dryer is rarely used so i really do not feel I should comment.

Love this dryer purchased both washer and dryer. They looked very large but once they delivered I was surprised that they fit in my laundry room. If you have a California king comforter it’s not going to fit. I’m very happy with ther performance. I havnt used the top portion as of yet but it is a convenience I’ve not seen before. Sharp design!

After a few weeks of use we are loving this dryer. Ability to use the bottom and top are such a time saver for us.

This is a great dryer. It works very well and I really like the fact that it has a separate drying rack on top. It is perfect for shoes and other delicate items. In the short time that I've had it I have no complaints. It is very quiet and I like the fact that you can connect it to Wi-Fi. It is great to not have to wait around for the dryer to be done but rather you get a notification that it is done as well as how much time is left. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This dryer has worked great for the short time I have used it. Impressed by the different pre-set settings that are easily accessed by the main knob. If you are one that lIkes to set your own settings, this might not be the dryer for you. Greatest feature is having two different dryer options, esp for delicates, shoes and hats. Cannot beat having the ability to divide a load and dry them separately. I do not have the pedestals and find the main dryer to be at the right height to get laundry in and out of.

This Samsung dryer is sleek looking and dry great. I really love the integration with the smarthings app. Works well on my iPhone and loves it notifies me on my watch when the cycle’s done. I would get it again. The top dryer is good with delicate but don't use that as much as the top washer in the washer.

Overall so far has been better than the washer. Top load is good for undergarments but really about it. You can fot a king size comforter in the dryer as well. Only complaint is I still have no idea if the steam cycle works as I could never get the 3rd party company to come back out and install it correctly as it needs water hooked up to do so and they never added that connection. Ive owned it for about 2 years. Every 4-6 months I do clean out behind the trap as it unfortunately still doesnt catch all the lint. I just wouldn't recommend it since the washer was bad for us after 2 years of use and the top dryer just isn't that functional but otherwise so far has been a good dryer.

Have had it for three months now. I love it, it is quiet, efficient and works well. I do not use it with the internet because I don't need to have an up to do laundry. I don't like that even though it remembers what you use the most you still have to go through the button to find it. I also don't like that it has preset numbers for heat and you can only use that. Other than that it works well and that is what matters

So efficient! The AI is pretty awesome and I love how I can do everything from my phone as well. It is very easy to operate and being able to do 2 loads at once is a major time saver for my family of five. The top dryer portion has been great for drying my 2 year old' s well loved stuffed animas. Worth every penny!

Dryer runs pretty quiet and dries well. It also looks nice in our laundry room. I would recommend Samsung dryers!!

Although slightly bigger than I expected I love the capacity and the brushed look. The quick was feature is very convenient for little loads!
