I had my eye on this set for some time but our old set was still ticking away. When it finally died, I didn't want to pay the premium being asked for this set. I had originally purchased a set with a lot less bells and whistles but the dryer was not efficient. That was the sign I need to let me know I should switch it for this one. I love the small top washer for sports bras and cleaning rags. The top dryer is great for that last minute top you want to wear. The big washer and dryer can fit a ton of stuff while still maintaining great energy efficiency. The only thing I don't like is the lint trap. There are a few separate sections and not all the lint comes out but that could just be user error. They look great and they take up less space than our old set. The self cleaning light comes on automatically when it's time to clean it too.

It's big with lots of buttons but I find it is easy to use. Great to be able to dry delicates and sweaters separately to eliminate snagging. Large capacity for doing comforters. Filter is easy to clean. Quiet operation. Love it!

Okay, so when we first saw the flex system, we though "gimmick." We have anywhere from 5 to 9 people in the house and who is going to use the little washer or the little dryer on top. Boy were we wrong. The features are great. We use the little washer on top for small load, spill cleanups, delicates, etc. We use the dryer on top for sweaters, delicates, etc. AND, when the cycle is finished, the machine plays music. Isn't that great? Okay, the music is better than and buzzer. There are so many cycle options to choose from. We absolutely love the set - Flex Washer and Flex Dryer.
