I’ve had these appliances since January and I can say that we feel we made the right choice. We just had a new baby and the laundry is being done at least two times a day. They are certainly getting used and I think they can handle the use.
This review is from Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable Smart Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - White

This dryer is one of the best I've owned. It gets your clothes dry the first time even when its on the air dry setting with a big load.

We had the same dryer over 9 years. Purchased an updated version and we are very pleased. Good looking stylish and color.

Nothing wrong with dryer. Problems are with Best Buy in Wilmington NC. Terrible customer service. Any delivery or pickup window is 12 hours, nothing shorter. Tried to deliver a heavily damages washer then could not replace in less than 6 weeks. So canceled the order, and am still waiting for them to pick up the dryer. Just terrible service.

I've had nothing but frustration with this Samsung dryer. No matter how small or large the load, the clothes are never fully dry after a cycle. And to make matters worse, the built-in sensors seem to think the job is done-so it won't let you run the dryer again. Even if you wait an hour it still detects the same clothes and shuts off immediately.
