Replaced a 28 year old gas dryer. This one matched my current washer. Love this dryer. Multiple settings to select from. Have had for a little over a year and works like a charm. The delivery service and delivery team was impeccable. Easy to use, quiet. Cute little tune when cycle complete. Just finished drying sheets as I was writtibg this. Pleasure to do laundry.

Great product but disappointed with installation. There was a minor scratch as well as missing Multi Control connection so I had to buy separately. Because I know Best Buy would not care my opinion and take too long time to get resolved, I decide not to claim for the scratch. The product is great.

Great customer service from Best Buy. This dryer looks great and works great so far. the color is off-white making it a unique color. The Samsung SmartThing app sends you notification when your load is all done or if there is anything that requires you attention. Very happy with our purchase.
