As expected the picture and viewing angle is fantastic being the latest product from Samsung, but the actual tv looks beautiful especially with the no gap mount (a must have). Some attention was given on the frame and how the tv looks when turned off. My wife who had barely noticed when I changed tv in the past, noticed it immediately and commented on how nice it looked.

Love it! Incredible picture. Scaled up most 1080 content very well. Netflix and now Amazon 4k content is incredible: I steam almost all of my content and find that this TV is top of the line.

it’s pretty darn huge and expensive but works great. I had to sell my wife for it

Though there is absolutely no 8k content currently available I am impressed with the first wave of Samsung’s foray into the 8k realm. This television replaces the 80 inch Sharp LC-80UH I owned. I kept on going back and forth between getting the 85 inch Song 950G and the 75 Q900 and decided to go the Samsung route for a number of personal reasons. Watching select 4k disc has been thoroughly enjoyable which makes me know that once 8k disc become available in maybe 2-3 years we all will be in for home theater nirvana. I’m looking forward to seeing what the Q950t will be able to do once it’s available for purchase.

I'll start by saying I'm a Samsung guy. I've tried other brands and ended up disappointed every time. This is my 3rd "flat screen". My other two were a 65" 1080p and a 65" 4K. It was time to upgrade the media room and there was a sale I just couldn't pass up for this 75". So a few helpful points for my review: 1) The picture is AMAZING! The colors on 4K/UHD/Atmos content make it worth every penny. The images are sharp, very little blurring effects and it upscales content very noticeably. 2) The "Smart" or "Apps" feature is the best I've every used on a TV. We bought an 4K AppleTv box for our 65" that I thought I would use for this one but the built-in interface for the apps is quick, easy to navigate and better than having to switch to an external device. We watch everything from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudu, CBS and YouTube all with relative ease and of course, enjoyment. Also, you can perform the "screen-mirroring" function with your iPhone that I previously could not get to work on the 65" (hence the reason for the AppleTV). 3) Xbox One X is phenomenal. Forza 7, CoD Modern Warfare and others make it just as worth it if you play games. The PS4 is good too, but I don't have the "Pro" version so I assume it could be better. 4) "8K Ready" wasn't really a selling point for me, as we've spent the last few years building our 4K/UHD library and the picture quality is already that good I'm not sure I'd spend any more updating to the next level (I'm saying that now...so we'll see). Ultimately, if you're thinking about it, keep thinking until it drops $500-$1,000 from the original price. While I didn't want to spend that much on a TV, it came down to about $3,500 with a 24 month 0% financing promo with the free delivery to the room I wanted it in (2nd floor). Still WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

First I want to start off by saying this TV is amazing. Great picture, very close to my OLED TVs. I am definitely not disappointed in the quality of the picture or the sound. SO why 4 stars you ask? Due to the fact that it doesn't support You tube's 8k video compression codec. The videos shot in 8k for you tube can only be watched in 4k. Yes the TV upscales without issue, but why wouldn't it do the 8k natively. The next challenge is no eArc support at this time. Samsung claims they will add this functionality in various videos and statements, but definitely not at this time. If you can get this tv for a deal at this time of year its worth it, otherwise opt for a 2020 8K instead of a 2019. I have this tv hooked to my JBL 9.1 Soundbar with wireless rear speakers (A 5 star) product to say the least. So as long as I hook my Xbox OneS or my separate AppleTV to the Soundbar which will allow Dolby Atmos in all its glory, Reminds me early days with LG OLED TVs with Dolby Atmos and not having passthrough for the Dolby Atmos and I hooked all my devices to the receiver instead of the TV. This is option still works today with this TV, but eArc was supposed to be the HDMI 2.1 standard and this TV was touted as having the latest and greatest at CES last year. Samsung 2020 premier TVs have HDMI 2.1 and eArc. so if this is important to you then buy the 2020 version, otherwise grab the deal and make it work. Hoping Samsung will add this update soon like they did their soundbars. Highlights of the product - amazing upscaling to 8k for 1080p and 480p dvds. The tv does a great job of upscaling and giving details to these older movies. Watch your collection once again as you have never seen them. The processor in this TV is insane. I promise you will not regret it. It really was amazing to watch the older movies on my Xbox One S. When you start the movie it will take a couple of minutes to adjust and start upscaling as expected, but when it kicks in, it is crazy good.

Let's me be up front and clear. NO this tv will not give you perfect blacks like an OLED tv. But you will get superior color and brightness all day long. I've watched all types of content on this tv and played next gen games (series x) and let me tell you this tv does it all. From regular Blu-ray to 4K ultra HD Blu-ray the movies are fantastic. I watch speed racer movie which is only a 1080p Blu-ray version this tv upscaled it and the colors and movement of it was fantastic! Watching pacific rim to kong vs Godzilla on HBO Max. There is only one issue with this tv which isn't really one for me but will probably be one for some. Is that for the price of this tv it doesn't support earc only Arc. So no Dolby Atmos or dtsx. But you can get around it by getting a Dolby Atmos/dtsx compatible sound bar or getting a full system and just passing it through with that which is what I did. If you can get this tv for a deal like I did I'd go for it. It was open box for $1,279.99. which is way lower than it's original MSRP of over $7k

This thing’s picture is crazy! This tv has the best user interface I’ve ever encountered. Automatic game mode is awesome. Also, it has Apple TV and Apple Music apps so no need for an Apple TV box. The remote is simple to use. Awesome tv. Bixby feature is worthless.

I bought this TV sight-unseen, encouraged by other reviews that I read. This TV had me at the packaging and design. Samsung has hit it out of the park with this TV. Not only was the packaging top notch in every way, but as soon as I removed the TV from its packaging, I realized that I was now in a different league of TVs. The design is superior in evey way, even on the small details that you only get to see when you are mounting the TV, like the rear. Once I turned it on, I was in heaven. The 8k demos that we watched on this TV let us mesmerized. All I can say is wow!! It was worth the higher cost of the 8k TV, but then again, I am known to be a pioneer.

Almost too good of a picture, so realistic the actors look like normal people next door. Same Smart TV shortcuts as previous models. Love the minimalist remote. Not super fond of the voice recognition listening in even when tv is turned off. Had to deactivate the voice feature. Too creepy.

I absolutely love this TV!!! So glad I forked over the money for size and style! Quality of this TV is fantastic. Of course the con is not much comes in 8k besides some YouTube videos but upscaling is good, sound is great and I'm ready for the future. If you are curious on what will be available for 8k, I do know PS5 specs were released and game developers have already been given the go ahead to start creating 8k games. So it's only a matter of time before movies are available.

I went with this TV over an LG OLED because I have huge windows in this room. Perfect choice for this application! If this TV got any brighter, I could use it to tan! It has all the usual smart TV apps and connections, has a built in voice assistant and if you use a Samsung tablet, smart phone, or other devices they work together with this TV very well. I'm using it as a computer monitor right now and all of the lines are super crisp! It's pretty top of the line, quite frankly!

First off let me say I am a big fan of Best Buy. I have purchased all my electronics there over the last 15 years. I spent weeks researching this TV before purchasing it. Simply put, when the signal is bright, you cannot ask for a better product. It is magical. When the signal is dark, the TV struggles. I want to love this TV. For the price I should love this TV. I just really, really like the TV. My hope and my expectation is that future firmware updates will address the inability for the TV to manage darker source signals. To be clear, this is not a settings issue. I spent hours trying to correct it. My brother owns the same TV, we ran the same movies at the same points off different streaming providers and the images were identical. Anyway, before you purchase this TV, ask your retailer about this issue and make sure you get a satisfactory response. Hope this helps.

Tvs UI is very intuitive, pretty easy to learn how to Use it. Picture is great. I had a Sony 900f before this one and there’s such a different in upscaling. Some things I didn’t like was the tv is very bright and runs warm.

Little more than I wanted to spend but glad I did. Went from 4k Vizio to 8k Samsung - much better picture from all angles! Responds much faster to remote and decent sounding speakers. I would recommend this TV- 5 Stars!

This TV is great. My favorite part is that there is no glare from light coming in through the windows & from lights in the room. But also, the picture is so clear.

The Samsung 75", QLED 8K television has the best display of any television that we've owned. The Geek Squad delivered and set up the unit in about 45 minutes. The stand legs for the 75" set are 59" apart, so be sure to have enough surface area for the set to sit on or purchase an adequate center stand as we did. We enhanced the system with a 4K-UHD DVD player and Samsung sound bar. 4K movies just pop off the screen when the display is set to "Dynamic Mode". Yes, there is no 8K content as of yet, but the 4K display is stunning and I can't wait for the upgrades. Be sure to have a 4K package from your satellite or cable provider so you get the best possible picture when using that medium.
