Marketplace is a Temu version of Amazon!

Best buy sold this as refurbished this via a "marketplace" purchase where they use unverified non-BBB companies that run scams with used and broken stuff. I tried to cancel this order, best buy said they can't because it is another vendor, The vendor delivered the TV then picked it back up an hour later. Now the order is showing up on best buy as delivered and "completed" but I still don't have my $2000 back. Nor anyway to "start a return" since they picked it back up. I'm nowcworried that I will need to spend a lot on a small claims court so this isn't just ignored.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
