I installed this above a fireplace in a very large family room. It turned out to be the perfect size not only for the room but also very viewable from the kitchen and breakfast rooms. Outstanding picture quality and very easy to integrate with other systems also installed in this room. Recommend 3 people when wall mounting this unit unless mounting it fairly low.

This TV replaced a 2018 model 55" Samsung 4K UHD HDR TV when we upgraded to a larger home. The image quality is much better with the QLED screen. Better contrast and very vivid. No issues putting it on an articulating wall mount (rated up to 125lbs). Setup was really easy and I had it online and all my apps ready to go in about 10 minutes including software updates. We have Sonos Arc + Sub + two Play Ones for the easiest movie quality surround sound system one can imagine. Finally, Xbox in 4K on this TV is absolutely incredible.

Wasn’t fully sure if this was the right purchase for me. But once it was mounted on my wall, I was glad to have purchased it. The picture is very clear and the tv is easy to navigate. I like that I only need the tv control for my Amazon fire stick now.

Purchased this 85" Samsung Q70R as we have a 2019 Q80 downstairs which we love. Between 2019 and 2020, Samsung switched the TV to edge lit, which creates horrible clouding in dark scenes. Good TV for bright scenes/bright rooms, but every time the scene darkens you will be greeted with cloudiness in multiple parts of the screen. I thought it was a manufacturers defect, but Samsung replaced the panel and the issue just moved to different parts of the screen. For a 3000 dollar TV, would have expected better. Kicking myself for not doing more research on this one and not catching the 2019 to 2020 switch to edge lit.

Outstanding television! Awesome picture with plenty of extras!

This is one big TV, but it looks amazing. Happy I got the motion rate 240; haven’t seen any blurring yet. Definitely have 3 people to hang this beast - it’s not the weight, it’s the size that is hard to handle.

We had the tv installed over the weekend in the dining/living area and we have zero complaints. It’s awesome. We have an older 82” Sharp Aquos in the family room which we paid more than double for 8 years ago.

Tremendous quality, movies look great and games are spectacular with the frames per sec.! This is a good deal for the price

Love the picture even though I wanted the Q80 series but it was sold out. But the picture is nice only has it since 12/12/20

Me and my wife liking a new tv course 2 ways: - old own was a little crack by our sun - after our hallow-in vacation in the ours frainds in the room whith a little bit smaller tv WiFi said I want big tv like that In reality we bought a little bigger)))))

A great improvement over the 70 inch 4K Visio that was there, but that’s not really a fair comparison… But we really love it.

Big big big big big big big big big big big big TV

Was really happy when I got it until I noticed light bleed on part of the screen in a dark room. Going back to OLED, QLED isn’t anything special.

Awful light bleed throughout the screen. Weird color artifacts/noise in darks as well as odd banding in lower light scenes. Could be that I have a bad unit but if not, for the money, this thing is rubbish.
