had it for only 3-4 months and already need to call them to replace (hopefully and not fixed). I have been faithful to Samsung TV for more than 15 years…. twice I have had this happen to me…. might consider LG next time, now have to deal with this… the picture attached looks blurry because is a screenshot from a video I took, the video shows the screen flickering (thank God I don’t suffer from photosensitive epilepsy) and the part I circle is a darkspot that appeared out of nowhere. when it worked it looked gorgeous, but what is that good for if it won’t work now….

Samsung Neo QLED is almost 3-dimensional

The Samsung Neo QLED has outstanding crispness and color that makes both television and movie viewing exceptional! The additional LED lights that the Neo allows for incredible resolution that almost seems 3-dimensional. We are so grateful to the Best Buy team for helping us design this home theater - and their installation team was outstanding!

Superb installation of fantastic TV

Fantastic TV I chose it because it was being placed in a bright and glarey spot. Despite these challenges, the picture is fantastic. Superb installation by the Geek Squad Techs.
