Very nice looking microwave. It is easy to use and clean and has great features. The only negative I have is that it’s not a smart microwave.

I like the color and the inside is surprisingly large. The inside is blue, too so it's a little hard to see spills and splatters. I had to look online to figure out how to reheat at 70% power. But the other options I use daily are intuitive.

This unit couldn’t have been any easier to install. There were directions for 3 different ways to vent. It came with templates for how to mount. The blue looks beautiful and the system is intuitive.

Elegant design. It's nice and quiet. Smart cooking. Easy to install. Vent is powerful (reversible). Easy to clean inside since it's ceramic coating.

This is a great microwave which does more then I’ll ever need it to do. As one who doesn’t cook but reheats or when lazy melts butter, cheese, ice cream, etc lol I did try to cook a meal exactly as the meals directions say and it came out as expected. One BIG negative for me was that it came with no manual to which Samsung lied and said it doesn’t come with but it does and if I wanted to pay for it I could or I could download the manual. This, for me after spending more then $7100.00 on their Bespoke appliance line (4) it left me with a bad taste. Especially since I just called GE for my moms fridge and they sent without a hiccup aka free manual.

It has a bold look that stands out in my kitchen, operates very easily, no knob, no handle to block the beauty of it..

It is a big microwave oven. Standard functions. It has no features to highlight. It could have a better digital display and number pad.

First off, the machine is just beautiful and adds a pop of color in the kitchen. I have mixed reviews in terms of it's functionality. The quick start buttons, IE: popcorn, veggies, reheat, etc, work very well; however, some functionality that I often use is not included, such as the quick start minutes, IE: pressing the number 1 for quick start one minute. Also, it makes some sort of rattling sound when heating using the minutes instead of using the quick start buttons. I had contacted Samsung for support and they sent out a technician, but he could not do anything since the product was already on the wall. Overall, it is a good product for the price and now that I am getting used to it's quirks, I am liking it more.

It’s a really nice microwave, nothing very flashy, but it gets the job done. It’s much bigger than our previous microwave (height wise), but it has a ton of additional room. It also has a nice LED light you can turn on.

Broke after 3 days, turned on by itself. and turn off. replaced with a new one, after 3 weeks it stopped turning on the exhaust fan, the support service replaced some kind of sensor. and the biggest problem is that she makes grease cabinet that is above it

Works perfectly, and my wife's loves the fact that it adjust heat temperature automatically and provides a sugnal when good is ready. Amazing

Cooks very well, and the shelf makes for a great option of cooking more than one thing at a time. Lighting and vent are also exceptional. Quality you would expect from Samsung.

I dont know why i over pay just for the color. Anyway, its huge inside, and it warm the food very well.

So many features and so much room, yet takes up same space as our old microwave. Love the color!
