This is a great hood with a few caveats if you're doing a retrofit. It has a powerful exhaust, looks super sleek, and has a 3 min timer to keep exhausting after power is turned off. The biggest shortcoming is that the hood being flat causes some fumes to just spill over the edge rather than be collected in a traditional cover that comes down. I was disappointed that the bluetooth connection to the stove only works on very specific models of induction stoves. My mid-level Samsung induction stove which has bluetooth control doesn't work with it! My biggest complaint is that the install is strictly tailored to a custom build where you install it without existing cabinetry. It's a real pain to replace a traditional hood that exhausts up through cabinetry. It's designed to push the unit up & then come back down and rest on the mounting plate but that won't work when you're trying to mount it flush with an upper cabinet. I had to attach some simpson strong ties to the back of the unit and screw those to the wall instead. Get yourself a couple Harbor Freight Cargo Bars which expand to raise the unit into place and it'll make the installation so much easier. The beautiful hood cover also couldn't be used because the cabinetry exhaust wasn't originally centered. The minimalist buttons are a bit confusing - you need to turn on the hood to get the fan to come on - push the fan speed button all you want and it won't do anything on its own. Then it cycles between low/med/hi/off. The 3 min auto off is a great idea but it confuses people so there should be a 4th mode on the power button that really shuts it off.

Picked this hood range up as a promo with the stove I bought in Jan. Hood range took additional month to get. Did the install myself. Changed the look of my kitched by removing the old ca inet hiding to old range vent. I havent yet reviewed the whole manual yet, but I would say I would like the exhaust fan to defauly to either the middle or high setting when turning on

The product is nice quiet silent, Did have the worst experience with deliveries and installation, Best Buy did help a lot but it took a long time to get there

The range is damage, waiting on the replacement but it looks nice love the LED light

Easy installation and great performance. I don't know how I could have never had one of those before. The design is beautiful, like the entire BESPOKE line, efficient and silent. We use it every day and it has been satisfactory.

Works great and looks awesome in my kitchen. The fan has a few speed options and it’s not super loud, which I love. It really helps clear out smoke and smells when I’m cooking. This over the gas hood is absolutely amazing. Not at all noisy. Light is optimum and the design is beautiful.. highly recommended

This is definitely an upgrade from our old samsung unit. It works with smart things and can be connected to a compatible range. You can unlock boost mode and it makes a big difference when frying something. The air quality sensor helps determine how long to run it and the lightbar looks really nice. Few things i wish they would have kept, timer for the fan run time and temperature of the led. Other than those two things, the unit looks nice and works well.

We ended up going with the bigger hood, but this one is the exact same. Quiet as all else and so easy to use.

Very nice design. Syncs with the Samsung gas range. It turns on automatically when you turn a burner on. Automatically increases the fan speed depending on the air quality it detects. Turns off on its own. Lighting is great. Fan has plenty of power.

So far so good. Beautiful and super modern. Looks amazing in my kitchen

So glad we finally got an exhaust. It works great. The only downside is the SmartThings app doesn’t work well with the unit.
