Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased a Samsung kitchen exhaust hood, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The sleek, modern design perfectly complements my kitchen décor, and the stainless steel finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. The suction power is outstanding—it quickly removes smoke, steam, and cooking odors, leaving the kitchen fresh and comfortable. I also appreciate how surprisingly quiet it operates, even on the higher settings. The LED lighting is bright and energy-efficient, providing excellent illumination over the cooking area. Installation was straightforward, and the controls are intuitive and user-friendly. Samsung has clearly put thought into both functionality and style with this product. Overall, I highly recommend this exhaust hood to anyone looking for a reliable and elegant addition to their kitchen.

It's best to purchase this range hood during renovations, as its power outlet is about one foot higher than normal and requires modification and additional installation. If the ceiling height is 8 feet, it will be quite cramped near the ceiling. If there are ceiling joists, a custom offset duct will be needed. The inlet is 5 inches, and the outlet can be 6 or 5 inches, but the thickness cannot exceed 3 inches. Other positive points include a built-in air purifier function, a built-in backflow prevention valve, and exquisite workmanship. Installation is somewhat complicated, and the installation height is quite tight. Professional installation is recommended; it's considered complex for individual users. The product itself is excellent; the installation difficulty is due to the wooden structure of the house. It's highly recommended.

I love this piece fits perfectly on my kitchen. It looks amazing and works perfectly fine.

Very smart hood. Ecstatically very pleasant, yet works very well

We’ve been needing to update our kitchen. This unit was on sale and worked out perfectly. Not only looks good but, because of the technology it talks to the range we have and it comes on when we turn on the stove and we love it.

I’ve been doing a kitchen remodel and just got to unboxing the rangehood. The box was poorly packaged and dented. Tried to reach out to support which got me absolutely nowhere besides excessive hold time. Not my first hassle with samsungs awful customer support, all with no resolution.

I can’t to use almost 2 months, the Best Buy guys can’t install… they have to come back …this is the 5th time I hope they finally get done

I upgraded from 30 inches Samsung cook top to 36 inches. I love it. And it well gel with Samsung hub.Low noise and i love the way it sync with cooktop- auto connectivity

This range hood is beautiful. Was the right design, had the right features. Was really looking forward to the auto features when it sensed the air needed to be cleaned while cooking. Unfortunately I couldn’t actually install it without completely redesigning the kitchen. The bracket that attaches to the wall to hold the unit up is very small compared the unit I was replacing. With it centered on the stove, one of the screw holes lines up directly with a gas pipe. The hood would look silly off center so I had no choice but to return, wasting $30 shipping charge. So make sure from the specs page that it actually fits exactly where you need it, not just the unit itself, but the mounting brackets too.

Very nice looks great nice fit to appliances quality

Works great! Hood was easy to install and looks great with our other Bespoke appliances. Works exactly as described. The only thing I would change is ability to change the color temperature of the light.

Looks great, love the upgrade over my last hood. Very quite and very modern looking!!

The best and full out smoke and the light is beautiful

Good color, a bit modern. First one came damaged so we will see if the second one is good.

Love how it lets you know if the air quality is bad inside your home. And you can turn it on/ off with your phone

Quiet, sleek, and exactly what we needed. It complements our other Samsung items perfectly.

Excellent product — very stylish and smart! The fan works efficiently with low noise, and the air quality detection feature is truly amazing.

I love hood, we got it for my mom's new kitchen and it fits right in. very powerful and quite at the same time.

Nicely designed and finished, it matches the Samsung cooktop we already bought

Quiet and powerful. Clean lines and easy to maintain.
