The stove works great I had trepidations about the Wi-Fi connection. Worrying that somebody would be able to access my stove remotely. However, you can only send a recipe directly to the stove. It works great with all of my cast iron and the additional features for the oven are really nice. The buttons being a flush touchscreen means it's easy to wipe Clean everything when you're done. The buttons take a little pressing and don't respond immediately but it's safe from accidentally being pressed.

Overall, I like the range. The stove top is easy to clean, doesn’t scratch easily, and looks appealing. The control panel is also easy to use and has great safety features, which would be handy if you had young children. However, I’ve only owned and used the range for about a month and now there is a light that’s currently staying on on my control panel, even when the range is not in use. While it doesn’t currently appear to be impacting the usability of the control panel, I’m worried that the constant light being on is going to fry the display and make the whole range unusable. I have reached out to a Samsung service technician to see if they can resolve the issue and, if not, I may consider alternative options.

Overall, this range is such an upgrade from my old range from the 90s. I am really impressed with the induction and they’re not kidding when they say you can have water boiling within 90 seconds. I find the oven features very useful, especially the air fryer which even comes with its own basket. Overall very simple easy to use very easy to clean very happy with the purchase so far

I've had it for several days now and I really love it. The induction top works very well and it does indeed make things hot fast. You will have to adjust to how you cook, but it's a great improvement if you don't want to spend a lot of time over the stove. The oven heats up fast and I've had the chance to use the air fry and convection and both work great. The over preheats quickly. The air fry tray works great and be sure to follow the directions on it's placement on the rack level so you get even crispy cooking. I really like how the induction cooktop is not a glossy glass, but it has a matte finish. It looks very nice. (If you need cheap induction cookware, IKEA has what you need for cheap.) The smart features are great, I like how you can set it up in the app and send it to the stove so all you have to do is press OK to start. I like the notifications it's done, because I will admit I'm forgetful and the reminder/timer is great. I was a little hesitant to buy because of the few reviews and one not really valid because they didn't even have the range yet. But, I'm really happy I got it, especially because it was on sale at the time of this review. It wasn't that much more than a regular electric and I'm really happy with it.

I love my new range. The top is so much easier to clean than the glass tops. Can’t wait for my remodel to be finished. It’s going to make my kitchen look so nice!

This oven is absolutely gorgeous! It is so easy to keep clean and as a working mom and wife the ability to pre heat from an app is super convenient!

So far,So good. Love the cooktop. Learning to use induction takes a little adjusting but it's worth it. Get the right pans and you will enjoy cooking!

We bought this range a few months ago. The bottom drawer was damaged and had to be replaced. For whatever reason Samsung decided to use plastic panels near the top on both sides of the range. One of those must have been damaged also because it just randomly broke and fell off. But because we didn't notice it was damaged right away, there's nothing we can do about it and have to pay our of pocket to fix it. Since it's still under manufactures warranty, best buy won't do anything with their protection plan. So why offer a protection plan that starts the day of purchase but you can't use it until the manufacturers warranty ends? The heating elements on the stove do not heat evenly. The middle of the pans heat up much faster than the outside does and seems to keep the surface uneven no matter how long you wait for it. If you have something laying in the middle and on a side it will cook/brown unevenly. The air fryer is decent. Definitely have to adjust temperature and time according to what any package says. Using cheap plastic parts makes me want to stay away from Samsung in the future. And certainly will not be buying anything from best buy in the future, considering how banged up the range came and how worthless their protection plan is.

I had an LG glasstop from 2017 that the convection went out. So i got a new Samsung Glasstop, but it scratched immediated. Exchanged for a LG glasstop (my old lg glasstop was amazing) and it scratched and actually the glass was chipping out. So I was done with glass, theyre all junk now. I went back to Best Buy, and talked to a knowledged associate who told me the future will all be these induction style. They are safer, easier to clean, more even cooking, less energy, etc. I got this oven and it did make a ton of burning smell at first use in the oven, had to open all the windows and let it run an hour. It was faint the next time used. Oven works great and as expected. The stovetop is super easy to clean, I use glass cleaner and the special cleaner for stoptops. It heats up pans almost instantly. It saves a ton of time. It does cook evenly. Since its cooking with magnets the pans can rattle a little or you hear some ticking when in use. But this is by far the best oven I have ever owned.

Love this range. Looks good and the cooking is better. The induction stove top is great and saves us around 92% energy compared to our last range. I love that the oven includes air frying. Easy to clean and on top of all that the touch controls are easy to use, very user friendly.

This is good product. It’s feal my expectations. Easy to use and also you can controlled with the app.

This is quite a tech marvel. I could operate it somewhat with the app from afar—say what??? Why…. We don’t have Wi-fi at this location right now so I guess I won’t figure out its’ utility for now. The controls are different. It’s only been a few uses so you see how you will adjust but having to wait for the display panel to turn on and then for the little music to cue up is an adjustment. It begs the question—does this type or level of tech NEED to be in my stove just as the loss of simple knobs for your volume and heat in the car gets ridiculous. We will adjust. Love the induction, loves how it heats and cleans up. Love the free cookware set that came with ours. Unimpressed with Samsung’s support when both my FIL and I could not figure out how to open the bottom drawer. Finally got it to work but bc it’s so cheaply made you worried that you’d break it with forcing anything. Haven’t used the air fryer function yet but looking forward to it.

This is an amazing Induction Range and oven. The oven cooks evenly and the top is amazing with the different functions you can use.

Perfect fit and installation. Boiling tea kettle in a third of the time our microwave boiled a cup of water. Induction cookware were far less expensive than expected and the oven very spacious. Haven't cleaned it yet'
