This is a fantastic laptop for anyone looking for a fairly affordable laptop that’s gonna carry them through college. The touch screen is really good for note taking and the compatibility for apps like One Note make this a really great study tool. It also helps that it can fold backwards all the way, making it easy to read a few chapters the night before the exam! The compact size makes it really portable while the small bezels make the screen feel bigger than it is! The only complaint, and this is not really about the laptop, is that it can be hard to find a good affordable stylus. Samsung offers one but it is expensive and when looking online, you hear mixed reviews about whether a stylus is compatible or not. However I do really recommend the laptop, it has been doing fine after heavy usage from a college student!

I want to say I have had my eyes on this laptop and over this weekend I finally found one in-stock at my favorite Best Buy location S Wads :) I saved for this thing so I could get it protected lol I saved in total $250 paid $800 with my protection plan. I cried because I’m going back to school and it was a great day for me I have charged it twice so far it has a strong battery PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU FIRAT BUY TJIS ONE MAKE SURE YOU FULLY CHARGE IT!!! For the best performance I’m so thankful also make sure to get a Bamboo pen to draw take notes

I love it! Very lightweight, fast, excellent color. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot upgrade the ram. It's soldered, so you get what you get. For nursing school and home use, it's been fine for me. I have earbuds also and it connects right away once you pair them, which is nice. The charge lasts for days, it's crazy! I got a protective keypad cover and for the hardware, just to be on the safe side.

Good display. Nice touch screen aesthetics with easy manipulation but not overly sensitive. Metal shell gives it a strong feel and drop protection, but not as heavy as others I’ve looked into. 256gb hard drive is enough for me but wish it had came with more space. Ram speed is plenty for school work and browsing. Not recommended for gaming but didn’t buy it for that purpose anyhow. All and all, it’s a nice mid grade touchscreen laptop. My daughter loves it!!

I like this PC especially that it is compatible with windows 11 , and I would have given 5 stars but it has three things I found annoying, but not deal breakers: 1st. The VRAM is just 128mb, this PC has the potential to be a Gaming PC, but someone decided to set this with low VRAM. Why, why really? to whomever made that decision, great just great.! 2nd. It does support surface stylus pens, they work very well but it does not have a tilt sensor, the pen experience is not as good as an iPad, surface or Samsung device with S-pen . I was not surprised but hopping that Samsung or Microsoft would finally put the tilt feature in this PC but of course they did not. So if you are an artist you may want to consider another device. Why, why this does not support tilt? 3nd. It does get hot from 30C to 50C at normal use; this was not a surprise for me, after all, this is an Intel powered PC. So it is not so comfortable on the lap. Overall this is a good PC with excellent hardware and the potential to be excellent but it is just good. Why is that, just Samsung knows. This PC is close to the mac book air from 2020 if someone wants a comparison, or a point of reference.

Definitely the best small form laptop for 549, the only One that has a better screen is the hp envy with a oled. This definitely has the best colors, and until you get to a iPad or mac book none of the rest even compare. Especially with brightness, none of the other laptops are useable in bright areas, the surface is especially bad at that. It’s almost as bright as a iPad. The only thing mac book pro has over it is better contrast due to the 10000 leds, but the colors are worse. The mac book pro 14 core is def faster but I mean it’s 1800 on sale so it’s not really comparable. The iPad Pro 12.9 has the 10000 leds and is faster but that’s over a grand so again not really comparable. The battery life is 4 hours playing a video game which is really good. It can play low end games just fine like ultima online, distant world 1, and star sonta 2. It also is the best shadow pc for 549. You won’t find anything better for shadow pc at that price. The iPad is def better but at a grand which is what the oled hp costs. Id take the iPad over the hp envy tho. This is actually faster than the hp envy i7 evo, which got 8 fps in heaven extreme 1080, this gets 14. Check out the colors compared to the iPad in my pictures. In the dark tho the iPad is better by a lot , the Samsung is a ips screen with bad back lights and the ips yellow corners. The iPad is the one with a rounded edge screen.

I love this laptop! I like how it’s not a bulky item and it’s very easy to carry for travel or on the go. I recommend this laptop to any one in school like me. I also like how there’s a fingerprint login on the keyboard to get access quickly.

Bought this flex book on a whim and it turned out better than I had hoped ive never had a laptop but it fits the bill being a tablet or a touch laptop it a win win for me I recommend.

This is a great buy for the price. Solid battery life, great display, ability to use as a tablet with touchscreen, and fast processing speeds for everyday use.

Bought two of these for my kids to use for school. The use it on a daily basis and even watch Netflix on them. I am very satisfied with the quality and features of this laptop. Highly recommend this product

For the short time i had it, i thought; 1. Screen is exceptional 2. The weight was very good (lightweight) compared to many other laptops. Didn't get a chance to notice how battery life was. I would recommend this IF it wasnt full price for this though.

This was first time owning a Samsung laptop and having a 2N1 device. I can say that I really like it. It is very slick, lightweight, and has a great design. I haven’t had any issues so far. Perfect for University school work and light gaming. I bought this laptop out of impulse but do not regret it one bit. I also love that I can put it into tablet mode and use a stylus to take notes during class and then back into laptop mode to play some Genshin Impact after studying.

Being my first time using a Samsung laptop ,I wasn’t sure but i don’t regret getting this laptop .The picture quality sound and just overall functioning ,is exactly what I wanted . I just wish Best Buy could be selling screen protectors to maximize the protection of the screen . I would like to recommend the customer service too.I was fully informed before making the purchase.
