This is the best laptop I have ever had. I had a series of Dell laptops that were disappointing. This Galaxy book is powerful, fast and reasonably priced. I am happy with my purchase.

Great laptop! It's fast, easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. I'm glad I finally got a Samsung Laptop again since I have Samsung everything else. The benefits and ease of switching devices is unsurpassed. It wasn't that hard on my HP but it's so much easier with an entire Samsung ecosystem I was amazed. I also didn't think I would use DEX since I'm not working but I was wrong. I tested it out of curiosity and I am hooked.

Gorgeous laptop, vibrant display, great sound.

Gorgeous laptop, vibrant display, great sound quality. Only reason I returned it was it my bluetooth headphones quit working. The computer said it was connected, but it the audio came out of the computer speaker instead of the headphones. I paired and re-paired the headphones several times and it still did not work. I tried a different headphones, same issue. It only started working after I rebooted the computer

If you have trouble wirh it, try to reset it

Was super slow and lots of feautires weren't updating even though they were up to date. Reset the laptop and now it works much better.

Love it! Beast of a laptop. Never lags no matter how mamy tasks you'd throw. Still wish they had 32gig ram in bronze color
