This review is based on me owning the Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds Plus, and AirPods Pro. I also own the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the GS20 Ultra so I can give the user experience from a Samsung phone and an iPhone. No bias here and this review is based on USER EXPERIENCE. Pros: Galaxy Buds Pro sound great, have good bass, clear vocals, sound great for phone calls, a great Ambient mode, no latency when watching movies or gaming, ANC is now a feature, and these have voice detect which will pause the audio when you start talking. Do these sound better then AirPods Pro? That is subjective and depends on what you prefer in audio. AirPods Pro get louder and the Galaxy Buds Pro have fuller bass. Cons: Galaxy Buds Pro don't fit as well or as comfortable as the Galaxy Buds Plus in my ears. I've noticed other reviews mention this too. The ANC is average and not as good as AirPods Pro. Battery life is now 5 hours...down from 11 hours with the Galaxy Buds Plus. Final thoughts: These are the best earbuds for people with a Samsung phone. AirPods Pro are the best earbuds for people with an iPhone...that's the simple truth. If you want the best ANC, loudest earbuds, and best Bluetooth range...AirPods Pro. If you want the best bass, best Ambient mode, and lots of extra features from a companion app...Galaxy Buds Pro. Lastly...I will always recommend to family and friends that they choose the BEST FIT over brand when buying earbuds cuz that's what your sound experience will come down to.

As far as sound quality is concerned these are phenomenal I have nothing bad to say about them comparing to the previous models the Galaxy Bud Plus and generation one and not only that the Galaxy but lives completely outperforms those. However the biggest negative on why this did not get a perfect, is the fit the Galaxy bar plus fits in your ear virtually perfectly because it has two ways it fits in an interlocking portion plus it going into the ear these on the other hand only go into the ear and depending on how your ears made or is shaped they may fit they may not fit or they may pop out no matter how much you twist them in to try to get the perfect fit. It just may not work or it could cause your ear some pain I hope Samsung goes back and redesigns these with more of the likeness of a galaxy Bud Plus. But I still stand behind the excellent sound design. Buying them from Best Buy naturally you have a 14-day or possibly 30-day return policy I would still tell anybody to try them out to see if they will work for them and if they do not work going to the Galaxy Bud plus would be the next best thing. Oh and one of the coolest features unless you like to sing behind the songs you listen to is a feature where if you're listening to music and then someone starts to talk to you the moment the microphone hears your voice it will actually lower the music into the background almost like grocery store music in the background so that you can still hear the people that's talking to you because it automatically cuts on ambient sound that feature is phenomenal unless you hum or sing behind the song which would then be a little aggravating luckily you can cut it on and off at your leisure.

Samsung continues to deliver quality products with stellar features, superb sound & pricing that is on par with its lineup and competition. have several TWS pairs... Currently use them on iOS (iPhone 12). The Galaxy Buds Pro have a great, detailed, user friendly and mostly accurate sound. The fit which is my 2nd priority on any TWS pair is comfortable for my ears. (I don't understand what all the "doesn't fit" fuss is about) true all ears are different just like sound is subjective to everyone... But try them for some time, experiment with other ear tips before you knock them. The Beats Studio Buds which I bought on release day are just "ok" and "average" but they are better than all their previous iterations. Still those should have been $99 or $129. The case on the Beats Studio Buds feel flimsy and cheap. Samsung usually doesn't cut corners on its delivery of quality with each product they release. These Galaxy Buds Pro are lightweight yet feel premium for sure. The case is sturdy and the overall presentation is top-notch. I will continue to use them as well as my other sets but from an iOS user's perspective.... The lack of an App on iOS has not pushed me away. The sound, ANC, comfort and ease of use is phenomenal. Had to return my first pair. I do love these earbuds though, I had them on my wish list before I met my boyfriend. We went to the store and got him the black pair and I later ordered these because they don't have the violet in store but wow. Very pleased with the battery life of the galaxy buds. I was at the gym at 4:40pm and left around 7:40pm and still had juice. It was nice. The battery life really is what I need at the gym since I like staying around 2.5 or 3 hrs. Also on chore day it doesn't miss a beat. I like the charging versatility. Wired or wireless charging both options are very nice to have. It kinda sucks that these do not come with a charger or charging cable, but oh well. They definitely sound good and I very much love that they're not getting interference, especially on crowded gym days. So that very much pleasing. HOWEVER, I'm convinced this works best in the Samsung environment, not completely sure about the rest of the Android environment. When I connected this to my 1st gen iPad Pro 9.7 inch ( yeah it's old, but it I can still draw and get updates) the range is not great. I could go to the edge of a room or the room right over and it starts cutting in and out. But with my Samsung phone I can leave my phone in the kitchen and listen to my music IN THE BASEMENT of all places without it cutting in and out. Noice cancelation is alright for the most part. Once the gym starts getting more crowded I can more of the equipment a little but it was definitely better than my old buds. Plus the fact I cannot hear people speaking with them on. The ambient sound mode is very trippy. It's like being able to "hear everything" and I mean everything it amplifies it, my boyfriend says it's like a hearing aid and that's the perfect analogy. I wish the timeout to return to noise canceling was faster than 5 seconds but eh. The fit is something to play with, I initially thought the default tips were fine, for the most part yes, until I do back extension ms at the gym or more intensive house cleaning, then the grip loosens so definitely wannan find that snug but comfy fit. My boyfriend has to use two different size tips, one large and one medium for his ears, I also need sizes because my left ear is prone to falling out when doing activities mentioned. Summary: I love these earbuds and I definitely recommend them.

After owning and still using the first generation galaxy buds I wanted to see what an upgrade would do. Decided to wait after the 2nd generation, I had purchased the "beans" when they had first came out and to my disappointment and my opinion did not live up to even the 1st generation buds because of the change of shape of the buds and did not even support ambient features like the previous 2 models before so after some exercises and 2 days later ended up returning them and continued to wait for the next gen buds. I had purchased these bad boys and to my surprise had everything I was looking for and more and was happy that they went for a sleeker and same look as the buds before the beans. Another thing worth mentioning and what sold me is when I found out about what the buds do automatically as soon as someone outside talks to you or even as soon as it hears your voice it pauses whatever you're listening to and goes into the ambient mode so you can hear the outside world without having to touch anything or even take them out of your ears and then 10 seconds later when the buds don't hear any voices anymore goes back to playing music and drowns everything out completely so it's perfect serenity with only you and whatever you're listening to. If you're looking for an upgrade of earphones definitely take the time to try these out.. I am kind of biased because almost everything I have is purely Samsung from my TVs to my phones and everything in between.. but this is all my opinion and being a normal best buy purchaser trying to get my voice out there and getting some rewards points while I'm at it haha

Skeptical, but made into a believer. I heard about these coming out when I was looking at the Live buds. Read a few initial reviews, then went for it. I now use these daily for music while working/working, zoom calls, normal calls, pretty much everything. I have other earbuds, but they are not as feature-rich or comfortable. These are quite comfortable and the battery last long enough for me. The app/connectivity with a Galaxy smart-phone is very helpful as well. They have already pushed 2 updates in the last week, with the latter being one to improve the already great active noise-canceling and the ambient sound features. I am overall very satisfied and have been praising them to others.

The sound quality is so much better than the Airpods by Apple. Unfortunately, they don't fit my ears correctly. I have to wear headbands or scarves to keep them in place. I have small ears, but I'm always amazed when I find people who can wear this model comfortably and they fit.

Although out for some time, these Buds Pro have been in my Top 3 lineup since release day. Are there better TWS sets? of course! but Samsung knows how to deliver on a quality product, and I have yet to experience any issues with Quality or Durability. The XM4's, AirPods Pro, these and Vista 2's are my dailies for various uses. I dislike that Samsung followed in Apple's footsteps and restricted the App functionality and features to Android only... But not a deal breaker as I use both OS platforms and setting these up on my Tab S7 was a breeze, updated the firmware and then connected them to my iPhone 13 Pro! all the setting carry over and the sound coming from these is superb! Dynamic, "fun" sounding and loud enough for anyone. For all the naysayers that insist this is only good Samsung devices.... errr, wrong! just if you have an Android device just set them up first there then you can connect to iOS - I can hear all the Apple fanboys saying "I just need something that works" these work - you just have to do a little work. Like I said I use both OS platforms and my iPhone 13 Pro is my daily phone. There's more to say but to wrap things up... the fit and sound is subjective - these check both boxes! They are comfortable with the smallest tip included and the sound after switching to a different preset is very good! Not XM4 or Momentum 2 or B&W PI7 good but very good indeed! They are always on sale or a good discounted price, it's Samsung.. what else needs to be said? Thanks for a great product Samsung. I'm sure to continue spending money on devices that work and intrigue me.

Had the old sony earbuds before but they had many problems so I got these and Im really impressed. The sound quality and the ease of use is just amazing. I haven't had any problems to this day and ive been using them now for over a year. I have dropped them accidentally multiple times on hard surfaces but they are very well built and haven't had any problems at all. The only downside would be the battery life. I like to use the earbuds for long periods of time and these guys last around 3-4 hours on one charge if you are constantly using them. Drains more obviously if youre using in call. But overall hasn't bothered me that much considering the small size of the case and battery it is probably normal. I think its worth it overall.

I love these ear buds.... mostly. I love the talk quality (my #1 priority). It's top notch, absolutely wonderful. Listening quality, absolutely wonderful. But the part that actually goes in your ear, trash, trash and really trash. Please improve this. You can make a foam to better and cheaper than anyone else. Make it fit most ears please. Other than that, 8.5 out of 10.

I absolutely love these earbuds, they have some pretty awesome audio capabilities along with easily being able to change between their 'Noise-canceling and Ambient' modes. Makes my life so much easier since I drive around in a noisy 28yr old truck. My ability to access and successfully use Samsung's Bixby AI, is still mind blowing to me because my phone disappointingly continues to struggle correctly comprehending my words/commands if I were to use it directly. Love the SmartFinder capability too. ONLY downside I can think of is that once you lose one (i.e. after complete battery lose/ or off chance of breaking one like I did with my right earbud due to my fast-paced construction job and wasn't paying attention), you basically have to buy another complete set if you want two earbuds again.

These are amazing! Great treble with deep bass. Daily use from phone cknverdations to audiobooks.

Definitely a upgrade from the plus. Sounds is better and louder call quality great thats for sure but for me what I love is the voice detect feature. They stay on my ears when I lift or run. Oh yeah battery life good as well only complain is wish they had them in red

I have truly enjoyed these. These are the first high-end earbuds I have owned. I have a Samsung phone and it seemlessly connects. Many options to optimize sound. Does a great job canceling noise when I mow the lawn and the ambient sound allows me to wear both when I'm shopping. Holds charge well for my use. Only complaint I have is the tips, they loosen to easily and work their way out. I bought aftermarket tips and seem to fit better. Overall, I am pleased with them.

Comfortable to wear long term (fall asleep with them inserted). They fit my ear canals very well and do not feel like they will fall out even while running or weight lifting. The battery life has been very good and the recharging is seamless. The buds pair with my Galaxy S21 and being a Samsung product the features are a nice added benefit. I think the noise canceling is pretty good when I utilize it, but I tend to use the ambient sound mode and voice detect more. I have tried my son's Air pods pros and could not tell much of a difference with the noise canceling. I have an iPhone for work and the buds pair to it just as easy.

The sound quality ir really good and so is the anc the only 2 big problems i found were that the sensors and the other little circles inside the duds really hurt my ears over a few minutes. It would be nice to concider comfort along with the audio, and the second problem are the sensors, if the buds move a little bit then they wont detect your voice and who ever youre in a vall with wont be able to hear you

Absolutely amazing for performance. Sound is great. Downside is I got an allergic reaction from the new materials they use for the earbuds. Clear liquid came from both ears and would crust. The fit is worse than the galaxy buds that had wings.

Best ear bus i have ever owned. Amazing sounds. Holds a decent charge. Easy to use. Great ambient sound. Also has 360 sound so you can herr everything around you while you have them in your ears.

Great sounds quality and stays in my small ears with the added ear options. Comfortable and love the color option.

These last much longer than my last pair!Doesn't fall out of my ears! Great quality, clear sound,just amazing!
