Q: If I pay it off will it be unlocked? If yes, should it be activated with att?
A: For AT&T, in order to unlock the device, you must have active service with AT&T for at least 60 days and have the phone paid off. After the 60 days, if the phone is paid off and your account is in good standing, you can request to have it unlocked through the att.com website.
A: Supposedly, you have to go to a store so you can have "the experience". Samsung has said they want to ensure a high level of quality, so you have to pickup at the store and they'll, I guess, tell you not to do the not so bright things reviewers did to ruin their phones back in April. So you order online and pickup at store X is what I'm expecting. I am struggling to get more information, however. No one seems to know anything - which I find impossible. If product X comes out on day Y, the day before, everyone should know everything there is to know. It would be different if they were told not to tell anyone, but they say they don't know - that has to be a lie. If you're selling a product tomorrow, there's inventory, promotional stand up cardboard things, etc.
Q: Is the galaxy fold 2 water resistant?
A: It can deal with small splashes but you'll brick it if you submerge it in water for any length of time.

A: Yes it has the Bloatware, I un-installed most of it.

A: No only Art unless you buy unlocked .
Q: Can you buy the phone from Verizon and do a monthly plan .
A: I really don't know, but I would think so. I got mine from AT&T, and they did offer a monthly plan.
