I purchased this for my 10 year old. Mainly so she can leave my phone alone but, also for her to use when she has her after school activities. She is able to call/text if needed. It also allows her to watch movies or listen to music when on long drives/trips.

I didn't need the latest smartphone with all the bells and whistles. Had an LG Phoenix 3 prior to this and thought it's more logically laid out. Of course software has improved, but this is MORE user friendly. I only wish it came with basic things that I had to download off the app store. Calculator, Memopad, voice recorder, etc. should be preloaded. Went through several of each from the app store and still not happy.

My husband had his old cell phone for years. He is so happy with this cell phone. People can hear him very clearly on the phone. This phone also takes great video and is easy to use. He gets great reception everywhere in Northern NJ. I got this phone on sale. It's awesome.

Good enough - great value! Small in size Intuitive to use

Samsung phones don't disappoint. This phone has all kids need to stay connected to parents and friends. It also has the bandwidth for downloads and won't overheat.

Purchased this phone for my oldest daughter & could not be more happy with it. She loves the freedom of being able to do all of the same things that I can do (we use the unlimited cards to go along with it) & the phone is durable, high quality & the display is so nice. I’d recommend a phone case, to protect it, just in case… but at this price it really can’t be beat.

Always liked Samsung brand phones and this one is a nice one too.

It's a decent phone but Best buy over charged me for the phone

GOOD PHONE WORKS GREAT AS A SECOND PHONE IN CASE YOU BREAK OUT.

It was easy to transfer my old number and information. Some of my downloaded pictures didn't transfer.

Cheaper phone for traveling or in between replacement, but not reliable or up to spec with better pricier phones.

Good basic phone Black on black and low profile make buttons hard to find for older people with poor eyesight.

Gonna need to memory card 16GB really more like 10-12 with preloaded apps and such. So far no issues but def a beginner smart phone

I bought a new computer from Best Buy 2 months ago. It works perfectly. I bought a new TV from Best Buy a month ago the TV works perfectly. I bought a new J2.It is identical to the pervious Samsung Galax J2 I bought before. However, the new J2 does not work at all!!!! Please send me my money back.

The product was not what we thought we needed. It is not compatible with our cell service and we had to return it.
