I got this very expensive phone in nov 2019 I have a cracked screen after having it less than 6 months. And as I expected its because of the exposed edge design. The crack started at the edge and now has spread. There is no case that covers the edge at least I cant find one. It literally a waste of money. Also the text keyboard sucks it rarely knows what I am typing. The pen falls out often. I gave it a 3 star because it's pretty and has a decent camera. I would not buy this phone again.

Upgraded from my S8+ to the Note10 and couldn't be more satisfied. Easy transfer of data and up and running before walking out the door!

This is an upgrade from a Note 4. It was still a fine phone, but my wife complained it was too slow when using it. I kept looking on Best Buy at this phone and also the plus, and finally the price dropped enough to justify getting it. A friend had the Note 10 plus, and said it was a little too big, so I decided on this one. Battery life is very good, charges very quickly when plugged in, and also charges surprisingly quick using the wireless charger- even with the Samsung kick stand case I bought for it. Haven't had much time on the camera, but seems top notch. The wrap around screen is a little weird but easy to get use to. Rarely use the stylus but will be looking into using it more. Can't judge very well how the processor stacks up against the previous Note model as well as the S phones as I has the Note 4 before and this Note 10 blows it away , as it should. The screen ratio is different , being longer and skinnier which I didn't like at the start, but am now getting use to. I didn't like the fact that the Note 10 didn't have micro SD card capability but with 256 G storage, there is no issue with storage space. As Samsung owners with micro SD cards know, most apps aren't designed to go onto the card anyway and you end up with a card with tons of memory with no way to get many apps to it. Glad I upgraded and hope the battery lasts for a long time.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S8 to the Galaxy Note10 and so far, I've been impressed with all the improvements! Better camera quality, including superior photos and videos. The hardware improvements are certainly noticeable and the phone is snappier than any others I've ever owned. And the Android software is still the best, in my opinion. Also, I'm starting to enjoy using the stylus, which I never thought I'd care about! I especially enjoy being able to take pics using the Bluetooth connection of the stylus to my phone. Comes in handy when I don't want to hold my phone when taking pics. My biggest complaint is losing the headphone jack. But the phone did include some ear buds with a USB-C connection, so at least I have something for now, until I get Bluetooth headphones. Overall, if you love Android phones, you'll likely find this Note 10 one of the best in 2019.

Alright, first off an AWESOME salesman named JUSTIN at Bestbuy located closest to Chandler Mall in Arizona sold me this phone/accessories and was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! THX DUDE! Its cause of you I have this great setup now. Ok the NOTE 10...its impressive. While it lacks out-of-box USB-A connectivity, a 3.5MM headphone jack, and expandable memory, Its constantly impressing me in quality and functionality. ● LONG LASTING BATTERY ● WATERPROOF IP68 ● HIGH QUALITY CAMERA ● S-PEN ● AMAZING BEVELED DISPLAY ● STEREO SPEAKERS (built in) ● Over 200GBS of internal storage ● QUICK PROCESSING SPEEDS - perfect for android auto multitasking. I owned a Note 4 until early 2019/ late 2018 (lasted about 3 or 4 years). After seeing how well that phone held up, I had no doubts the NOTE 10 would be worth the investment. THX SAMSUNG AND BESTBUY for the awesome sale and setup!

Upgraded from the Note 8. The camera quality and capabilities are a step up, even better once you really learn how to use them to their full potential. The s-pen upgrades are appreciated. Much more reactive and useful. It's actually smaller than the Note 8, but uses the entire screen display. Downside is the fingerprint scanner is terrible. It's on the screen and works 3/5 times. Very frustrating. Also, no power button is something to get used to. I'm not a fan of that. No ear bud jack, but I'm one of the few that still likes wires because they're harder to lose. That's a personal preference and they do provide a workaround. Overall, I really love this phone and am happy with my purchase. They had better prices than the carrier.

Coming from a Note 8 this phone has been a worthy upgrade. I wish it was cheaper but Samsung/ Bestbuy have excellent trade in deals. Screen is excellent.. no problems with the screen resolution. Just change the settings to vivid. 256 GB is enough storage for most people. Great battery life, great UI, excellent eco system, awesome speed, and immaculately designed hardware. Wide screen camera is an absolute revelation but some of the needless skin smoothing is frustrating. I hope Samsung fixes this in a software upgrade though.

Really enjoying this new phone, my first Note. My last couple phones have been Samsungs, and when I learned that the Note 10 was close to the same size as the S10+, I decided to switch to this line. The stylus has been helpful for me as I just prefer to be able to scribble down notes from time to time. Overall, the phone is light, slim, fast, keeps a good charge, and does everything I need.

This is my first Note purchased. So impressed! Quick and easy to get around with. Used my Galaxy Note Pen often for classes and meetings. Size is not to big and is very comfortable to take with me. The camera is awesome. Clear photos and videos. So much more to say! You will not be disappointed!

Bought for my husband an he loves it. Clear pics, fast processor, huge internal space for pics, docs etc. He loves being able to take out the pen and taking quick notes. We have 2 businesses so that makes it very handy to have.

I’m enjoying the new Note 10. Upgraded from the Galaxy 10+ with improved functionality on the fingerprint reader and s pen. Only had it for a week, but am looking forward to exploring the new features. Pictures seem good so far, call quality acceptable. Like the smaller profile making it easier to carry. It came with a screen saver in place. Got a great trade in from BB ($ 650-) and $100- from Samsung, which I will apply towards the new Galaxy smart watch. A happy customer overall.

I have use quite a few notes over the years, but I had started going back to smaller phones. The last note that I had used was the 8, but I always felt that that was a bit too big. This regular Note 10 is basically the ideal size for most people. I still wish it was just a hair smaller and then it would just be the perfect size. Apart from the size this phone is spect out to last quite a while and be snappy. Even after all these months so far they performance really hasn't dropped in any noticeable way which is great news, especially for an Android phone. The S Pen gestures are pretty gimmicky, and I've never really use them other than the first time I tried it. The display is great, just make sure you keep it protected. this fingerprint scanner makes it so that you can't use a normal tempered glass screen protector so you'll have to go with either a plastic one, or some more adventurous different kinds. Battery life is okay, but hasn't been super exceptional. I can make it through a day just fine, but then again I do tend to top up at work. I'm sure you'll start seeing better and better deals for this in the coming months, so definitely keep an eye out for that. This is still a great phone despite it not having some of the fancy new features such as higher refresh rates and pop up cameras.

I'm glad I got the Note10 and not the Plus- the smaller size isn't even noticeable (and I had the Note8) and it fits better in my pocket. I can also hold it better in my hands. So far it's been all pros for me. The battery seems to last longer than the Note8. Haven't yet missed the micro SD card. I do miss the headphone jack, mostly because I've got a good number of3.5m m audio cables; I wish they did include the 3.5mm to USB-C dongle. Also, contrary to some stories out there, I don't think the included headphones are noise cancelling. Still don't know why the headphones needed a firmware update... Overall, if you like the Note series, you'll like this one. Better battery life than the Note8, pretty good display, pretty good camera, no headphone jack.

I absolutely Love this phone! (Note10-) I had the Galaxy S9+ previously and had sooo many problems getting a screen protector to take because of the curved screen. I know this also has a curved screen, but it has been greatly improved. This phone is easy to use and very comfortable in my hand. I thought about the Note 10+ but it felt too big, and awkward in my hand... I felt I would be dropping it more because of the fit! Am very glad I picked this one... the pen feature is awesome, and fun to take pictures with!

It's been a great phone so far for me. Was concerned about size, but fits great, screen is fantastic and very quick. Only caveat-phone was in my pocket walking around, grabbed it, no pen. I'm on the road so don't know about what they do to replace it but it just fell out-and I have a case on it, so it had to get past a little lip on that as well. Not sure how it fell out, but need to replace it and definately should not have to. Other than that, love it and the design is clean and solid.

I'm coming from a Pixel 2. There are things that I miss but this is an excellent phone. The screen is stunning. The S pen is worth using if only for selective screen capturing. The camera does a very good job, the edge clipping in portrait mode is better than any Pixel. the image stabilization is magic. Battery life is almost two days of average use. Basically the same size as my Pixel 2 even though the screen feels twice as big.

This is my 1st Note & it's does everything plus more! Have been Samsung galaxy owner since the S5. Don't care there isn't a sd card slot will never hit 256gb & 3.5mm there is an adapter for that if needed. Love the S pen & its many uses. Only con is a stronger battery for this powerhouse. Got a great deal at Best Buy that was less then my S9. Recommend this compact size over the 10+

Finally my second smart phone. First Samsung lasted years and I am seeing the same quality in this phone. Battery life much improved and its not just because its new. Moderate use and charging once every 2 full days. This is fast and fun. Simple text with pictures is much faster than older phone regardless of data on or off under identical conditions. I spent weeks looking at the Iphone, discussing differences with sales associates and watching prices. Price is important. There is little difference anymore between the brands. I handed this to a dedicated Iphone user who easily navigated and basically had nothing negative to say aomit came down to price. I got a great deal for an expensive phone at Best Buy. The price changed almost daily and I got this for 599 buy one get one with 24 month contract. I made my choice and got 2 for the price of 1 Iphone. Whatever you do get it at the best price and get it at Best Buy. They made the set up easy in store.

I have been using Android-based smart devices for many years, and the Galaxy phones for about 4 years; Galaxy Note 10 is by far the best device I have ever had! I considered the upcoming Pixel 4, but after reviewing and speaking with some "experts" I stayed home with Samsung and I am not disappointed.
