Q: Can you add an SD card later for more space?
A: YES you can.
A: No, Best Buy would not accept them. And, Verizon customer service declined to apply my device dollars after phone purchase at BB since phone was not purchased from a Verizon company store. Still, BB had a better price than Verizon

Q: If you pre order it with best buy do you still get the wireless ear buds?
A: Yes. The free wireless ear bud offer can be fulfilled even if the S10 is bought from bestbuy.com. The offer is redeemed through Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop app after the phone is released. All you have to do is attach a screenshot of your receipt showing that you pre-ordered the phone as proof of purchase and they will mail you the ear buds.
A: You will need to call Verizon to activate your new phone but the process is less than 10 minutes. You will also pay a $40 activation fee despite already being a Verizon customer.
Q: Do you still need a 3rd party screen protector since it comes with one pre-installed? Thanks
A: Hello DoubleJ, that's a really good question! All S10's come with a pre-installed plastic screen protector already installed. The free screen protector is designed to work with all the features of the phone, including the in-display fingerprint reader. If another screen protector is installed on top of the pre-installed screen protector it will cause issues with the fingerprint sensor, and with touchscreen recognition. ^Elizabeth
A: Yes. Everything that's on your sim card will be on your S10 if you move it over, but it doesn't automatically make everything on your phone move over. If you are wanting to transfer everything from your S9 to your S10 just use Smart Switch. It's already on both phones and it's developed by Samsung, so it works flawlessly.
