A: Flex lease I believe allows you to upgrade your phone to the next phone every year. This is the idea if you don't actually plan on paying off your phone. Note you can still pay it off and keep it. Best cost-effective option: There isn't any overall cheaper plan. More of just a choice to do a payment plan or pay it off all at once. Both will give you the deals for Preorder.
