Q: Can I upgrade with this phone on existing Verizon plan at this price without trade in?
A: My phone was too old to trade in. I got $250 off the $799 retail price. And only paid the tax up front, Verizon is charging a monthly fee for 24 months no interest. Couldn't find the discount on Verizon's web site, found it at Best Buy and had them sell it through Verizon.
Q: Do You sell a Samsung smartphone with a SD slot or a headphone port or for a wired earphones.
A: Hi. I bought a usb-c to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter for $5. It works great!
A: From what the salesman told me, the S21 is for non techies who don't need all the latest bells and whistles--which is what the Ultra has. This made the phone more affordable for me and I traded in my S7. I don't really care about all the high end apps and such. Never end up using those much.
