The phone is a pretty good phone and I've always had Verizon so no issues there really. Set up wasn't difficult but it was a long process but used charger since initial charge was not 100%. Delivery was awful and lengthy but other than that I've had no issues. the updates are pretty regular and often and mostly first thing I the am or either I set it that way, dunno can really recall that detail. I like allt he new things it does and being only an android user its sometimes like getting a new device especially the things i can do and show when the screen if off and charging. its been almost a year now and the battery has changed but I dtry my best to not overcharge it, but its fast usually and since I'm not addicted to my devise its never run out on me once. I did see 22% or so like that one time and that was scary but hey first time for everything. I got same color as my last order Samsung so I knew what to expect I m just glad its faster and holds more and doesn't overheat. So I will get a newer version some day maybe at 26+ dunno but glad I can get better price thru BB and not pay over its value thru verizon directly. Im glad I got the Plus. Hope I you enjoy too.

Love the speed and reliability of the phone. We went to see our granddaughter at the University of Wis Madison and never lost connection.

Great phone. All of the positive things you expect from Samsung high-end phones but none of the negatives we've experienced in past early Note 2, Note 3, Note 7 (battery fires), etc.... We really like this phone.

Great phone easy to set up really nice camera good value

Before this phone I had the Samsung S21 plus since it came out in Jan 2021. This phone was a welcomed upgrade. The camera is better than the 21 plus. It moves faster and smoother but I also had a lot of things on the 21. I did not choose to integrate everything over. If you love the 21 plus you will also love this phone.

After considerable research i decided to upgrade my Samsung S 22 plus to the S 24 plus. Picking the phone was harder than picking the place to purchase from. I have now purchased at least 5 phones for myself and a few for my wife from BestBuy. They provide the best customer service and support way above other dealers. I am vey pleased with the S24 plus and the updated performance it provides. I also purchased a Zagg case and screen saver for the S24 plus. No doubt BestBuy and Samsung products are the best.

I ended up not getting the black, but the violet version and I absolutely love it!! Upgraded from the S22 ultra and love that this is a little smaller and is so pretty!

Really like this phone. Great display and camera and happy with the steady video quality. Also very happy with the long battery life so far.

I absolutely am in love with my phone! I have had Samsung phones for the last 8 years and have always come back to them. The ease of using this thing is a pleasure and now this new one oh my gosh is it super cool. I took some pictures and was blown away with the super 8k look to them and ability to edit instantly!

Nice phone! I like the size, quality, and phone performance.

I was very pleased with the transfer process from my old Samsung to my new one. I am getting familiar with many of the new features. It will take some time.

Overall very good.. the only thing that's inconvenient so far are all the buttons on one side

Simply put Awesome, greates of all time samsung phones

I have had this phone now for about 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier! Excellent battery, screen, and camera. Runs everything very quickly. Call quality is excellent too. It connects to all of my devices and car in an instant. I will say that the upgrades from my S21+ are what I would call as slight, it is a better phone. High recommendation!
