I been loving the AI features. I travel often and the live translation has been a life saver. The speed is very snappy. Also the camera photos are amazing. Samsung really stepped it up for this model. S24 series is definitely worth the upgrade or if you switching from Apple. You won't be disappointed.

I bought the S24+ for my wife to replace her old S10. The transition has been quite smooth for her. She likes the phone and has had no problems adjusting to it. She likes the larger screen and how much faster it works. She also likes that the battery lasts a lot longer. So, it's a win for her and us.

Excellent, functional, sleek design. I recently upgraded from the s9+ which lasted 5 years with no issues. Very pleased with Samsung new design.

The devices was fine had major issues with the purchase though. Bought this phone for my elderly mom, when I made the purchase there was a deal where if you traded in a old phone that met a criteria this phone was free in the form of a credit after 3 years. Selected that option made the purchase and then they charged me for the full price of the phone, when i called tbey said well that deals not active anymore so your out of luck you have to pay the full price of the phone, everyone I talked to refused to help and was like oh well theres nothing we can do you have to pay full price, I said well I dont want it I will send the phone back (hasnt even been used yet) and they refused to take it back said nope you just have to pay. After making a complaint with the bbb was when att stepped up and agreed to honor the deal even though best buy was at fault and refused to help.

Not too bad, great deal from AT&T.

Love this phone. Battery life is excellent. Still haven't had time to really check all the options .

I've only had this phone for about 1 week, but so far it's been great. All of my files transferred over to this phone easily and it was easy to setup all of my preferences on it.

I did brought a samsung S24+ on AT&T and best buy provided 100$ gift card and i got my phone with full credit.

The associate was able to get me a phone without an issue.

Had alot of problems over this purchase and had to return and was told to repurchase again at the AT&T corporate location. I have lots of problems with the phone freezing and have to restart at least 20 times a day. I bought my husbamd the same phone and it works well, especially, with his hearing aids
