Customer Ratings & Reviews

This phone was in very good shape. All functions work fine. Screen is beautiful. Performance is great. Cameras are good. Battery life good. No real complaints. Using as my daily driver.

Great phone, very reliable and easy/to use/intuitive! Use the phone all the time and fast to charge battery.

The phone was in perfect condition and looked brand new. It was packed carefully and arrived quickly. The camera is very vivid and takes great photos. However, the battery is not in good health; it's actually worse than my 5-year-old S20. I am currently asking for a replacement. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a shipping label right away. I hope to receive the replacement soon.

As I am 73 yrs old I'm not real fond of change but since my old faithful S9 was starting to slow down and just about no storage left I decided it was time for a replacement. I have always been a fan of Galaxy phones so I did research and decided to get a newer model. Since the price for brand new ones is high due to trade wars and other political crapola I went for a refurbed S24+ which was well worth the price (I had gotten all my other phones when the gave them away when you signed up for a plan). The features, speed, storage etc are so far above my old S9, I consider this an excellent choice.

Phone has no damages and was is perfect condition like it just rolled out from samsung
