This is truly a great phone. I like the color and everything it has to offer such as a long battery life, great phone and volume sound, fast performance and excellent storage. I truly like this Samsung phone.

Though it has more preloaded apps that can't be taken offthen I am used to; It's not a bad phone. The camera is pretty good in the back but the front not so much. I understood that already by looking at the specs. The volume is pretty good. I have no complaints about that. It's kind of a mid-level phone so not all of the features like volume and Camera are the most optimized but they're good for everyday use. The only thing that dropped off that last star, is that when you turn on your phone, it doesn't wake up until you enter your PIN number or other security feature. So when I go to lunch, I can't just turn on my phone and begin pulling out my lunch. Instead I have turn on my phone, wait for it to power on, type in my pin, and then wait for all the apps to come up. It takes about three minutes. That's not a huge amount of time but when I'm on a 30 minute or 15 minute break, it's a lot. I'm going to see if I'm okay with taking off the security feature but I really shouldn't have to choose between that and a timely usage of my phone. That sums up why I took off the one star. It may not bother you and may work for your lifestyle but for mine, it's a burden even if it is a small one.

I bought 2 of these phones, one for our daughter and one for my husbands mom to upgrade to a new phone.They both love it! Very lightweight and easy to use. Never can go wrong with the brand name Samsung. And they really like the fact that they can put a large sd card in it for more extra storage. Soon I will be ordering a 3rd one for my husband.

I think it depends on what you need in a phone. This phone does all I need in a cell phone. Camera is very good (Samsung), Battery life was fair, software Android Oreo (2017 version) was good. storage was good for me but for those that keep large files you may want some of the overly expensive not worth the money s8, s9 or s10

The set up was easy since I had a sim card from my previous phone. The phone is easy to navigate and use. I purchase cheap phones since I'm mostly concerned about text and web browsing, which the phone does well. Only cautious/annoying part is that a previously installed app (or new one?) was bringing up advertisements. I was able to get rid of it, and otherwise am happy.

Best phone with great price quality. Excellent photo and storage and love the Samsung perks. The only complaint was I had to do a factory reboot because the timeout screen wouldn't reset no matter what I did when I initially set it up. But other than that it has been great!

We were not aware that Cricket wifi calling does not work with Android phone unless bought at Cricket store. It was clear we were using Cricket service, so we wish lack of wifi calling had been disclosed. We didn't know to ask. Otherwise, phone and service work properly.

Very pleased! Takes great photographs. No lag for me quick search results. Speaker works better than others I’ve had. Great battery life. Nothing to complain about. Glad that Best Buy had it. Got a better deal than at my providers phone store!

I randomly get ads from my home screen. I haven't found a way to stop it. Otherwise, the screen is a good size and the volume is great.

This phone is easy to use and I love the memory. The speaker on this little phone is pretty good as well.

The camera is good the battery is good everything is literally great I have no complaints whatsoever

It is a phone that looks good and works well. Good battery life, good screen definition. And the appearance of the good device, I like it.

I was looking for a new phone while doing my research this was a top contender. I found it online at Best Buy for a great price. I'm loving my new phone! I like BB because they cut out alot of foolishness and allow you to make a purchase without all the issues from other cellphone companies.

This phone works great. Easy to use & learn. Takes great pictures on both front and back cameras only issue is it's not quick at shooting so you might miss what you're trying for.

This phone is a great phone for the price! It works great and its easy to use. Its a durable phone that was easy to setup. The only thing that I did not like is that it doesn't have much space and many of the apps that you use you cannot move to the external card because those have to work on the internal memory. Therefore that is not very convenient.

Its a good little phone. I got it for my 10 year old. She loves playing apps. It doesn't have that much memory for storage, but she adds and deletes games so it works. The camera is meh. Obviously it's a cheaper phone, so I didn't expect amazing pictures. Pretty durable for what it is.

I had a free phone from Cricket that came with only 8 gigs of memory, It failed after 1 year. This new phone seems to be holding up much better,,,

Replaced LG phone with this Samsung model and Im not disappointed. Great battery life and decent camera for a budget phone.
