I love my new tablet that I got for Christmas. I had tab 4 (16 gb) 10.1. But gave to my mom after purchasing this tab. I still have my S2 (32 gb) 9.7 tablet that I also use. I love that there is more GB to this tablet. I got the 256 gb (10.5) model. They sound is superb. They screen is awesome. The sylus is a plus. I have yet to try my keyboard. But i will eventually. I have never had any problems with Samsung products. My life is filled with Samsung gadgets. Way to go Samsung.

I upgraded from a Galaxy Tab S3 and the new experience is familiar, yet much more.... more screen, more storage, and DEX allows me to be more productive. DEX gives me the look and feel of a laptop... with multiple windows (rezsizable) support. Android support for the most popular apps I use (Office, Gmail, web access)... my laptop is a thing of the past. The S-pen has also improved in it feels more substantial and additional drawing app support in Android make it my the Tab S4 my default portable device. I highly recommend this tablet as it is so much more than a tablet...

Exceeded expectations, use it every day, charges quickly, DEX functions perfectly for my needs, new S Pen is great, replaced my original Galaxy Tab S, tablet is well made and the screen resolution is superb. Happy overall, picked up inexpensive backlit keyboard and a case from third party vendors for added protection and functionality.

I've been very satisfied with this purchase. Not only are the colors just as vivrant, but the look and feel is on point as well. I've only had this for almost a month and so far, I'm satisfied, especially with the sound. This Tab S4 will be on my desk at work or in my hands at home. I'm not planning on using this tablet whilist on the go. I hope that I don't drop it anytime at all and I hope that it will last the many years as did the S2. Time will tell. I connected a USB-C adapter that is an HDMI 4K/SD/MicroSD/USB3.0 hub which is what is displayed on the monitor to the left. Dex is awesome. Should anything significantly change about how I feel, I'll return and edit my post to let you know. BTW - I'm using the Logitech K810 bluetooth backlit keyboard and the Logitech V470 bluetood mouse.

This tablet does not disappoint. I’m still trying out and learning about the different things it can do but the fact that I can use it to develop my artistic creative through drawing, painting and designing my own custom jewelry pieces for my business.

It's an Android! Boom! We're done! To go in some of the details: Love the sleek design. The glass back side is perfect for skin traction, but doesn't matter if you'll place it in the case. The camera is your typical 1 front and 1 back, but the rear camera can record 4k with 60fps vids. Internal storage is big enough for alot of apps, but i was hoping they made it into 1 Terra to beat Apple's 500GB. Nonetheless, you can expand the storage by using the micro SD and if you buy the adapter, you can even use a USB to transfer fat32 USB type for all files. Android cannot read the NTFS formatted USB for now, but some apps you'll have to buy to make it work. Love the 4 speakers from AKG. Deep lows and clear sound is always a great addition. Processing wise... the Tab S4 is faster than previous models and its even faster than the new Tab S5e. This tab comes with the S pen and it is fun to use when you enjoy scribbling a lot. There's also alot of apps for drawing and painting digitally with few milliseconds delay. It's a compensation because the S pen doesn't use batteries. The screen itself is OLED, one of the best looking screen type in the current market. With vivid images and super deep blacks, perfect for watching movies. Screen is also 1440p, so close-up watching is not a problem. Lastly, you'll have to buy the keyboard+case to enjoy the DEX system. It is a system that imitates a PC where you can open multiple windows and have them working at the same time, perfect for multi-tasking. If you love a huge screen to work with your work and entertainment pleasures, then look no further and buy this. I would even recommend this tablet to Apple users ahaha!

I have been using Samsung products for the past 10 years, from TVs to cell phones, tablet... and they never let me down. I have bought a Tab S in Seoul a few years back and love its camera, pictures and other functions. My mainly use is for email, webs browser... However, it's getting old and lacks of storage. Lol. I was looking for a new one, and planning to buy a tab S5e, but, after reading all feedback both positives and negatives, the S5e only has up to 128gb max so I decided to get a Tab S4 256gb instead. (Lucky me, Best Buy is on sale $150 less). Boyz, I'm glad I did. Set up is fast and easy. 2 days after purchased, Samsung updated Android Pie. So everything is up to date. It's so fast for webs browsing and 4K pictures are stunning. I watched Netflix, Prime, Hulu live... Very happy and really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Purchased as an assistance to my laptop duties. Great for reviewing spreadsheets doing small edits to documents and presentations. Video streaming and audio playback are great. The audio from the unit itself is great and can be heard well. Replaced my S2, Viewing size is more 16:9 and colors are more vibrant on the screen and built much better and durable. Speed is great on files a micro SD is definitely a great value to any size. Keeper!

Well, I've been waiting for this tablet ever since I bought the first Galaxy Tab S 10.5 back in 2014. The 10.5 widescreen ratio is what sells me on this tablet. Samsung abandoned that ratio for the S2 and S3, but brought it back for the S4. That makes it the best tablet to watch movies and read comic books. Both those things are in widescreen format. Also, you can expand memory unlike its competitor so I added a 256GB card to the already 256GB internal memory. All for $300 less (total) than the new iPad Pro which doesn't even have expandable memory. The screen is great, colors pop, and it's nice and bright. You have more control over files you put on the tablet than iPad as well. Not sure why anyone wouldn't buy an Android tablet and Samsung makes the best.

Would have loved for this to be more like the upgraded Note 9, with a 512GB, 8GB RAM option. Outside of that though, this is a solid improvement over the S3, with slightly better battery life and better performance, and Dex is a cool addition of you prefer a more desktop like experience.

I had the Samsung Tab S 10.5 and waited for the 10.5 inch tablet. All the others were smaller and I just love the 10.5" to watch movies, games, emails, etc. The expanded memory helps. I got the 256GB because I got a trade in certificate at Best Buy but is more than what I need. I just love the full screen. Great size for traveling and at home when you are on the coach!

Brought this as a replacement from my dated Tab S2. It is bigger but so much better. Runs faster better screen, and up to 1 terabyte micro sd card capability. With the 256gb on board memory I should have years if enjoyment out of this device.

Was looking for a multi-purpose tablet that could replace my laptop / tablet combo. This tablet did the trick. Bought the keyboard docking station with the tablet and love it. Have read about some awkwardness when the screen does not rotate on a particular web page and you have to type at a 90 degree angle. That's true, but rare. Biometric screen lock/unlock is flawless. Screen quality is legendary Samsung brilliant. Sound quality exceeded my expectations for a tablet. Where this tablet hit a home run though, is the improved S pen. It's incredible. Pressure sensitivity is very, very good. I haven't had many dots and blips randomly appearing as I had with other tablets I have had in the past. Overall, this tablet is a very strong performing tablet that has absolutely replaced my laptop.

The Samsung works smoothly and since I got the 256 MB version I am having no problems with it running slow or having any problems storing things.I have yet to try the USB drive on it but the attachment to make it work was relatively cheap so I am not worried. Samsung eliminated that "one way to use" plug for charging and for the USB connection so hooking up recharge and to use the USB is a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone who wants a tablet and does not an Apple or wants to use Android.

So far I am impressed with the S4. I like having a output for a regular headphone Jack when my bluetooth battery is down. Performance has been very good with all apps and wifi connectivity has been very fast so far even at hotels. Screen is vibrant and speakers sound very good for music and video. Happy so far.

I’m a first time tablet owner so it’s been a learning curve however i really enjoy my Samsung. Love the keyboard that I purchased to go with it. I wanted a tablet that behaves like my iPhone & laptop together & this definitely does the job. The screen is slow to respond to touch with my finger & the pen at times but otherwise I have no complaints. The screen is just the right size for office tasks & games. The resolution is wonderful.
