The LTE version of the advertised Galaxy Watch7 allows this watch to connect to a cellular network independently. You can make calls, send texts, and use data without your phone being nearby. It can also seamlessly switch between using your phone's connection (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) and its own cellular connection when you have your phone with you. Q: Is the Galaxy 7 44M LTE compatible with Spectrum mobile
A: Should be, yes. They come "unlocked" so you should just have to give them the IMEI number for the watch. Also, make sure you're on a compatible plan and that Spectrum Mobile supports Galaxy Watch, as last I looked about a year ago, they only supported Apple Watch.
A: Yes. I've worn it at/in the lake, and also showered.
Q: what band size does the watch come in? I see you can purchase different sizes as well.
A: I've used 22mm pins to attach any band that doesn't have the connector to the watch on it.
Q: Does this watch come with a small and large watch band or does it only come with the large?
A: It only came with one band. I assume its large because because I have to use the last hole. I will say, I have smaller wrists and I like my watches not to move.

Great watch!
I really like it!!!! I use it every day!!!! It works correctly and quickly, doesn't freeze. And I really like the design, the ideal ratio of the dial diameter and the strap width.

I'd buy it again
I love this watch. It offers a lot of health monitoring rhat I find very handy such as hours/quality of sleep, exercise, snoring, ECG and heart rate.
