My first refurbished item bought and I believe my last one. Item came in a big box and in my opinion not secure as it was wrapped around just bubble bag for as big as the box was. Monitor was never cleaned and it was not fixed properly as the screen looked damaged, every time I turned it on and of the screen had different artifacts. I gave it 1* mainly because the condition sold did not match the condition Received. I return the item the same day.

This item was supposed to arrived in it's original packaging. It was anything but that. It arrived in a box 4 times too large with all the components flying around or taped to the actual front of the monitor but NO PACKING material whatsoever. The box had so many holes on the inside from the monitor flapping around and wasn't even securely taping in the shipping process - unbelievably disappointed since despite it being refurbished - it was supposed to be shipped under the care of Best Buy and that is how they ship items now apparently.

Amazing!! Best monitor I have ever used. I am normally not a Samsung guy, but this was by far the best choice I could have made.
