A: No, it does not. It arrives taped to a piece of cardboard and not in an actual Samsung box.

Q: Is it just as good as a brand new note 10 plus?
A: From everything I've ever heard or rrad, the refurbished is just as good if not better, mainly because as opposed to being one of the onesnturned out on a production line, it has actually had someone inspect it and maintain it individually. That being said, be aware that all you will receive is the phone and a generic charger. You will not receive the tool for the s-pen, the replacement s-pen tips, ANY of the instruction manuals or set up books, or the key you need to open the sd card/sim card slot. So just be aware, the phone itself (after 3 days of use) SEEMS to be as good as new, but they definitely get one over on the buyer by not stating what you actually do and, more importantly, DO NOT get with this purchase. So buyer beware I suppose. Good luck!
